How to set the total number of pages?

1. Open the Word document, double-click the footer, and enter the editing state. Enter the page, * * * and center.

2. Place the cursor after the word "No". Under the design of Header and Footer Tools, click the field under Document Section. The domain window will pop up.

3. Select a number in the category, a page in the domain name, 1, 2,3 in the format, and then confirm. Page means to insert the current page number.

4. Then check whether the current page number has been inserted.

5. Put the cursor behind the word "* * *" and open the "Domain" window. Select the document information in the category, the number in the domain name and 1, 2,3 in the format, and then confirm. NumPages represents the number of pages in a document.

6. Inserting the total number of pages is also completed.

7. If the number of pages has been deleted, but the number of pages has not changed, you can press the right mouse button on the number of pages and select "Update Field", which will become the latest number of pages.
