3 Note that damp-heat in the lower jiao is the pathogenesis [1]? , that is, hot and humid betting [2][3]. Refers to the pathological changes of damp-heat entering the lower jiao intestine and bladder, accumulation of damp-heat, unsmooth qi movement, disordered gasification and unfavorable fu-qi [4]? . The main manifestations are short and red urine, heavy fatigue, yellow and greasy tongue coating and poor appetite [1]. Clinically, it is more common in damp-heat dysentery, damp-heat diarrhea, gonorrhea, amenorrhea, vaginal itching, leucorrhea, joint swelling and pain of lower limbs, and wet beriberi infection [1]. Treatment should be clearing away heat and promoting diuresis [1].
