It is generally believed that they are the Dojo of Manjusri Bodhisattva, Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, Guanyin Bodhisattva and Earth Treasure Bodhisattva respectively.
Wutai Mountain is located in the northeast of Wutai County, Shanxi Province, and the "Buddhist fate" began in the Eastern Han Dynasty. Today, since 2000, the only Dojo in China, where Qingshan Temple and Huangshan Temple are located on the same mountain, has been praised as the epitome of Buddhism in China.
In Hua Yan Jing? The residence of the Bodhisattva clearly records that the Manjusri Bodhisattva Dojo is located in Liang Qingshan in the northeast of Nanzhanbu Prefecture.
The Tripitaka, the treasure of Manjusri's imitation, also records that Manjusri Bodhisattva lives in the Five Mountains.
The "Liang Qingshan" and "Wuding Mountain" here are consistent with Wutai Mountain in terms of geographical location (northeast), climatic conditions (cool) and topographical features. Therefore, Wutai Mountain has always been regarded as the only Buddhist holy place in China where Buddhist scriptures are clearly recorded, so it is also called "the head of famous mountains".
Emei Mountain is located in the southwest of Emei City, Sichuan Province, and is known as "Emei is the best in the world". Bodhisattva samantabhadra usually rides a white elephant with wishful thinking to show his devotion to morality. He is called "the Great Bodhisattva". Famous temples include Guobao Temple and Wannian Temple.
Emei Mountain has always been regarded as corresponding to the Ming Mountain in Huayan Jing, but in fact, the records in Buddhist scriptures are rather vague. Perhaps the reason for the final determination of the correspondence between the two is that the unique phenomena of "Buddha light" and "holy lamp" in Emei Mountain are the embodiment of "light".
Putuo Mountain, located in Putuo County, Zhejiang Province, is known as the "Haitian Buddha Country". The identity of the famous mountain is related to the Guanyin belief in the South China Sea. According to legend, during the Five Dynasties, a Japanese monk named Hua Hui invited the Guanyin statue of Wutai Mountain to return home by boat. When he reached Putuo Mountain, he ran into a rock. He thought he was a Bodhisattva and didn't want to cross eastward, so he stayed on the island and built the Kannonji. During the Southern Song Dynasty, Song Shenzong officially built a temple in Putuo Mountain. Fusai Temple, Fayu Temple and Huiji Temple are collectively called the three major temples in Putuo.
Jiuhua Mountain is located in the southwest of Qingyang County, Anhui Province. Known as the "Fairy City Buddha Country". According to legend, in the Tang Dynasty, Master Jin Qiaojue, who had been training in Jiuhua Mountain in Xiji for more than 70 years, died after practicing in Jiuhua Mountain. Three years later, he is still "as colorful as life" and is regarded as the embodiment of the earth treasure king and bodhisattva. Jiuhua Mountain, where he is located, is also considered as the Dojo of the Tibetan King and Bodhisattva.
