Whether a set of Tai Ji Chuan is practiced well depends mainly on Tai Ji Chuan's internal skills. The following is my sharing method of Taijiquan internal training. Let's have a look.
?
Vigor:
As soon as people are born, they grasp the essence and blood to achieve success and give life by yin and yang. Father is the master of Shi Yang, and it is still raining; If the mother is in charge of yin, if the earth is alive. This is a primitive living body which is influenced by parents and constitutes viscera tissue. This substance, together with various nutrients obtained from the mother, is mainly hidden in the kidney and is a congenital essence. The qi transformed by this essence is congenital qi, also known as primordial qi, true qi and true Yuan Qi. "Those who are doomed to die ... belong to the original gas" (36 difficult classics).
The primordial qi starts from the kidney (Mingmen), passes through the lower, middle and upper triple energizer, enters the twelve meridians from the Taiyin lung meridian of the hand, spreads all over the body, accumulates in the odd meridian, overflows at point 365, passes through the meridians, large and small collaterals, gathers at the well point at the end of the limbs, enters the meridians, reaches the viscera, and then shallowly emerges from the head, neck, chest and abdomen meridians to collect points.
Zongqi:
Also called "atmosphere". "If you are caught in the disease, where is the qi" (Jingwan said medicine). That is, it is formed by the combination of the clear qi inhaled by the lung and the essence qi of Shui Gu, which is the metaplasia of the spleen and stomach, formed in the lung and gathered in the chest, and is called "Zongqi". The place where the clan spirit accumulates in the chest is called "Shangqihai", also known as "Zhongshan". It's acquired qi. Its first function is breathing (that is, external breathing, not internal breathing); The second is to penetrate the heart and blood; Third, the human body's vision, hearing, speech, movement and other functions are related to it. In the past, someone wrote "The Theory of Zongqi", trying to regard "Zongqi" as the human qi of Wushu internal strength training, and its theory is greatly absurd. Internal strength exercises "vitality" rather than "clan spirit"; It is "internal breathing", "fetal breathing" and "heel breathing", not "external breathing" of the nose and mouth, and the martial arts practitioner must be unknown.
Campsite gas:
It is nourishing qi in the blood, so it is called "nourishing qi" because of its rich nutrition. It is produced by the combination of Shui Gu essence transported by spleen and stomach and natural clear qi inhaled by lung, and it is also acquired qi. Running in the pulse, the attribute is Yin. Its main functions are, first, to produce blood, and second, to nourish the whole body.
Stephy:
It means "guard" and "defend". That is, the defensive qi of the human body. It is also called "Weiyang" because it is yang in nature. Its function is to warm meat, fill hair, nourish skin and open and close Mao Mao hole. Its nature is slippery, its activity is strong, and its flow is extremely fast. Therefore, it is said that "guarding the generals is the fierceness of the water valley" (On Su Wenbi), whose functions are defense (protection), warmth and adjustment. Defending Qi is an important aspect of Tai Chi's internal work, which can quickly complete the mission of opening and closing the internal qi under the impetus of vitality.
Tai Ji Chuan's Luck Method
Qi is invisible and intangible in the human body, but we can really feel its existence. Qi occupies an important position in the human body, and it can be said that it runs in every corner of the human body. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, qi is the driving force to promote human blood circulation. Qi and blood are interdependent, and qi is yang; Blood is yin, qi is the driving force of blood operation, and blood is the material basis of qi, so it is called "qi is the handsome of blood, blood is the mother of qi, qi is the blood circulation, and qi stagnation is blood stasis." Qi disease can reach blood, and blood disease can involve qi. "Qi and blood mainly run along meridians, and the relationship between qi and blood and viscera is also very close. Pathological changes of viscera can directly affect the operation of qi and blood, and abnormal operation of qi and blood will also affect the function of viscera. Therefore, it is very important to regulate the movement of qi and blood for exercise. Tai Ji Chuan, with gentle movements and long and even breathing, is an aerobic exercise that modern people are willing to accept to promote physical and mental health. Just like Duoyan Zheng's slimming dance.
There are many expositions about Qi in the Biography of Taiji. For example, the thirteen potential exercises need to be explained: "If you practice Qi with your heart, you must be calm and calm, and you can converge to your bones." "If you are lucky and do things smoothly, it will be convenient to take care of your heart." "It is harmless to cultivate qi directly." The songs "Qi will swell, God will control it" and "Dantian Songjing Qi" all talk about the importance of Qi. Someone wrote an article saying that Neijia Boxing pays attention to the exercise of "Qi", but it is actually caught in a misunderstanding of "Qi". I think this may be a misunderstanding of him. If "Qi" is regarded as the oxygen for breathing and the inherent strength of the human body, then its concept is naturally different from that of a fighter within the family. In fact, the "Qi" mentioned in Tai Ji Chuan not only summarizes the vital qi, primordial qi, qi of meridians, qi and other material qi of traditional Chinese medicine, but also includes the internal strength and internal strength in Wushu and Qigong. The interaction of these two kinds of qi, * * * together constitutes the Tai Chi internal qi mentioned by Tai Ji Chuan. Tai Ji Chuan practitioners will improve their physical fitness in speed, strength, endurance, agility and flexibility. With reasonable training and enough time, Tai Ji Chuan's internal qi will naturally be full. At the same time, when practicing boxing, this spirit will be absorbed into boxing movements, resulting in physiological effects of disease prevention, enemy defense and attack and defense.
Speaking of the luck of Taiji Chuan, we should first talk about the breath of Taiji Chuan. Practice Tai Ji Chuan's breathing in the primary stage, let it be natural, obey smoothly, and don't force it to be in tune with the movements. The main ways of breathing are nasal inhalation and nasal breathing. But to some extent, it is necessary to further study how to use the breath of qi. The thirteen-potential mindset says, "You can breathe, and then you can be flexible." In other words, breathing and movement should be coordinated, you have to breathe, you have to breathe. Generally, when walking, you will suck when you are energetic and shout when you are energetic; Suck when lifting and shout when falling; Breathe on, breathe off, and breathe short in boxing. In short, in boxing, walking and pushing, the movements are more complicated, and sometimes it is difficult to keep up with the movements by breathing, so luck is very important.
