Spleen Shu-Foot Taiyang Bladder Meridian.
Leather book was first seen in Lingshu Beishu. Because it is located in the back, it should be in the spleen, and the essence of the spleen is infused into the back, which is an important acupoint for the diagnosis and treatment of spleen diseases, hence the name Pishu. Alias eleven jiao, it belongs to the bladder meridian of Foot Taiyang, which is injected into the back Shu point by the qi of spleen meridian. It is a common point for treating spleen and stomach weakness, deficiency of qi and blood, deficiency of cold in middle energizer and spleen failing to control blood. In clinic, it is suggested to apply tonic method and moxibustion.
Orientation: 1 1 below the spinous process of thoracic vertebra, with the back midline open 1.5 inch.
Acupoint selection method: Take the intersection of the horizontal line made under the spinous process of1kloc-0/thoracic vertebra and the parallel straight line made by the midline of the back.
Indications: Abdominal distension, diarrhea, vomiting, dysentery, bloody stool, backache, etc.
First, strengthen the spleen, warm the middle warmer, replenish qi and nourish blood.
Spleen Shu is the place where spleen essence and qi are infused, so supplementing it or moxibustion can strengthen the spleen, warm the middle yang, replenish qi and nourish blood, and all diseases caused by weakness of spleen and stomach, deficiency of middle yang and deficiency of qi and blood can be treated.
If it is often combined with Zhongwan, Zusanli, Taibai and Shu Tian in clinic, it can invigorate qi and spleen, clear away heat and stop diarrhea, and can be used to treat diarrhea due to weakness of spleen and stomach, abnormal transport and transformation, and deficiency of middle yang. Shenshu, Shenque and Guanyuan can be added to benefit fire and produce soil. Those with liver and wood combined with spleen can also stab Yanglingquan and Taichong points to restrain wood and help the soil. It can be used for the treatment of vomiting and abdominal distension caused by spleen and stomach weakness, dyskinesia, and qi stagnation. It is often combined with Zhongwan, Zusanli, Gongsun and Neiguan to invigorate qi and spleen, and regulate middle energizer and lower qi.
Can be used for treating stomachache caused by weakness of spleen and stomach. Commonly used moxibustion Zhongwan, Zhangmen and Shu Wei, acupuncture Gongsun and Neiguan, benefiting qi and nourishing blood, nourishing spleen and stomach. It can be used for treating deficiency of both qi and blood caused by spleen deficiency and biochemical deficiency of qi and blood. It is often used with Shu Wei, Zusanli and Sanyinjiao. If you feel dizzy, add Baihui, Zhongwan and Jueyin. Palpitation and insomnia, add a thorn Shenmen, Neiguan; For patients with abdominal cramps, add Xue Hai and Gongsun; For constipation, Zhao Hai, Zhigou and Shu Tian are added; Gynecological diseases, plus Zhongji and Guanyuan.
Second, strengthen the spleen and stomach to eliminate dampness.
Spleen is the master of water, and diseases caused by abnormal metabolism of water and liquid can be treated from the spleen, and this point should be in the spleen, which can regulate the spleen to help transport and transform, strengthen the spleen and regulate the stomach to eliminate dampness, and diseases caused by spleen deficiency, stagnant water and stagnation of dampness can be treated. If it is used to treat edema caused by spleen deficiency and dehydration, it is often combined with Yinlingquan, Sanyinjiao and Zhongwan points to strengthen Zhongzhou exercise, transform qi and promote blood circulation, and moxibustion at Guanyuan and Mingmen can also be added to facilitate fire source. For those who are wet, add water to make them wet and benefit water.
It can be used for the treatment of phlegm retention syndrome caused by spleen dysfunction and dampness accumulation and phlegm turbidity. It is often used with Yinlingquan and Fenglong to strengthen the spleen and dry dampness, and to reduce phlegm and turbidity. If you feel dizzy, add Zhongwan and Tang Yin. For patients with cough and asthma, Shu Fei and Taiyuan are added; For those who vomit, Zhongwan and Neiguan are added; For those who are sleepy and prone to lie down, add Zhongwan and Zusanli; Amenorrhea, plus Zhongwan, Sanyinjiao; For diarrhea patients, Orange and Shu Tian are added.
