Units that open accounts in ICBC often receive cash income, and the collection business that needs to be collected by the bank for a long time (including sending someone to collect in the office) can be divided into two types: fixed door-to-door collection and temporary door-to-door collection.
A bank (office) offering door-to-door collection service shall sign a door-to-door service agreement with the account opening unit, which shall include the content, time, contact person, service place (place) and its safety responsibility, the list of door-to-door service personnel and the way of identity confirmation, the rights and obligations of both parties, etc.
The time when the money of the account-opening unit is paid into the bank account and entered into the account, the responsibility for handling inside and outside the bank's business counter, and the issuance of the receipt (or receipt) for door-to-door collection. During the implementation, if there is any change in the field service personnel, an official letter shall be issued two days in advance to inform the account opening unit.
Business process:
1. When accepting the collection business, you should first review the cash receipts filled out by other personnel to see if the business contents are complete.
2. Check the cash with the payer face to face to ensure that the collection basis is consistent with the collection amount.
3, after the inventory is correct, issue a receipt certificate, and affix the "all received" seal on the certificate.
4, according to the payment receipt and payment basis (such as labor list, etc. ) to prepare accounting vouchers.
5. Register the cash book according to the verified accounting voucher.
