1. Rectal prolapse refers to the complete or partial downward displacement of the rectal wall of the patient, or even the emergence of the anus. Typical symptoms are downward prolapse of rectal wall to varying degrees, which may also be accompanied by obvious defecation or anal distension. In severe cases, it can cause anal incontinence, accompanied by mucus outflow, and even cause the surrounding skin to rupture or abscess formation;
2. Rectal cancer, some patients with rectal cancer may have rectal irritation symptoms, such as the feeling of anal distension after defecation, endless defecation, urgent urination and changes in defecation habits;
3. Abscess around anal canal, abscess around anal canal can appear in many parts, but because the gap between pelvis and rectum is relatively large and the position is low, more abscesses can be gathered when abscess occurs, and the position is close to rectum, so the feeling of anal falling to the ground will be more obvious;
4. Prostate lesions or some gynecological diseases, when prostate enlargement or gynecological tumors oppress the rectum, will also lead to anal prolapse and change of defecation habits.
First, the anus, that is, dissecting the anal canal. Traditional Chinese medicine calls the anus "the door of the soul". People call them assholes. Spirit communicates with dross and transmits dross, hence the name "donkey" or "donkey". Huangdi Neijing said: "The soul gate is also the ambassador of the five internal organs, and Shui Gu cannot hide for a long time." Zhang Jingyue, a physician in the Ming Dynasty, said: "Although the dregs are fixed in its diarrhea, the rise and fall of dirty qi also depend on it, so it is made up of five internal organs." In other words, the opening and closing of the soul door (anus) depends on the control of the mind, the regulation of liver qi, the rise and fall of temper, the declaration of lung qi and the fixation of kidney qi, so as not to lose its normal state. From the discussion of the above literature, we can see that the anus is the place where the human body eliminates and regenerates turbid qi, which is not only dominated by dirty qi, but also affects dirty qi.
Second, it is often difficult for people to talk about anus in life. However, it is only a very important part of human function. Chinese medicine also calls anus "soul gate", which is used by five internal organs. "Reality" had the meaning of envoy in ancient times, that is, the pathological changes of the five internal organs could be reflected in the anus. It is also said that "Shui Gu can't hide for a long time", which shows that the anus has the function of defecation control, and this ability of defecation control is coordinated with the "dryness" and conduction function of the large intestine dominated by the five internal organs. The anus will naturally contract when defecating, and with the discharge of gas (fart), it will not bring out fecal residue. This is because the anus has very good sensory control ability, and the closed anus has the function of resisting bacteria and foreign bodies from entering the human body. The skin of anus contains a large number of lymphatic anal cells, and its self-cleaning ability and contractility are incomparable with the skin of other parts of human body. In addition, the structure of muscles and blood vessels in anus is very ingenious, and their coordination plays a good role in fixing the abdominal organs of human body. No anus or poor anal function will bring a lot of inconvenience to people's lives.
Third, anal fissure The skin of the anus and anal canal is completely split, forming a chronic infectious ulcer, called anal fissure, which occurs at the back of the anus. It is often because the feces are too dry and hard that the anal canal skin breaks. When anal fissure happens occasionally, it can heal itself because of the small wound surface. If the stool is often dry and hard and anal fissure occurs repeatedly, it will be difficult to heal. Patients will feel anal pain when defecating, such as knife cutting, blood stains on feces or a small amount of blood flowing out. Anal fissure is mostly caused by dry feces. When defecating, the wound is stimulated and rubbed by feces, causing anal burning or knife pain. Traditional Chinese medicine calls anal fissure "anal fissure sore", "cleft hemorrhoid" and "hook hemorrhoid", which are considered to be caused by blood heat, dry intestine, dry stool, furious defecation and anal injury. Anal fissure is generally divided into initial anal fissure and chronic anal fissure. If there is a tingling sensation in the anus during defecation, accompanied by blood drops, the blood color is bright red and the amount is not much. If you separate the anus with your hand, you can see a radial fissure, so it can be considered as an initial anal fissure. If the initial anal fissure lasts for a long time and often occurs, the pain time after defecation is periodically and intermittently prolonged, defecation is difficult, anal fissure deepens and external hemorrhoids exist, it is a chronic anal fissure disease.
