Zhongfu point

Yunmen point

? Located outside the chest, above the coracoid process of the scapula, in the depression of subclavian fossa, 6 inches away from the anterior midline (Figure 12- 1).

? Anatomically, there are pectoralis major, subcutaneous cephalic vein passing through, and branches of thoracoacromial deep artery; The lateral bundle of brachial plexus and the middle and posterior branches of supraclavicular nerve are distributed.

? It can be combined with Yunmen, Zhongfu, Bai Yin, Qimen, Shu Fei, Hunmen and Daling to treat chest obstruction.

? Indications: cough, asthma, chest pain, shoulder and back pain, chest pain.

? Acupuncture can be used to stab 0.5 ~ 0.8 inch obliquely outward.

Tianfu point

? It is located on the inner surface of the arm, at the radial edge of the biceps brachii and 3 inches below the head of the axillary tattoo (Figure 12- 1).

Xiabai point

? It is located on the inner side of the arm, at the radial edge of the biceps brachii, 4 inches below the head of the anterior axillary pattern, or 5 inches above the horizontal elbow pattern (Figure 12- 1).

? Anatomical study on the lateral sulcus of biceps brachii: branches of cephalic vein and radial artery vein; The distribution of the lateral brachial cutaneous nerve during the passage of the musculocutaneous nerve.

? Indications: cough, asthma, retching, upset and stomachache.

Akasaka point

? It is located in the radial depression of the tendon of biceps brachii in the transverse stripes of elbow (Figure 12- 1).

? In the anatomy of elbow joint, when the tendon of biceps brachii is on the outside, the brachioradialis muscle begins; There are radial recurrent artery, venous branch and cephalic vein; The lateral cutaneous nerve of forearm is distributed, and the radial nerve is directly below it.

? Indications: cough, asthma, hemoptysis, hot flashes, chest tightness, sore throat, convulsion, vomiting and diarrhea, and elbow and arm cramps.

? The compatibility is too deep, and cough and asthma are treated by classics; Perforation is the best treatment for hemoptysis and hot flashes. Treatment of elbow and arm contracture pain with Quchi.

Kongzui point
