Duan Yucai's Notes on Shuowen Jiezi = Xu Shen's Notes on Shuowen Jiezi+Duan Yucai's Notes.
In the two books, Xu Shen's Shuo Wen Jie Zi is slightly different in restoring Xu and Duan because of Xu Shu's loss. If you don't do in-depth research, you can ignore it.
Notes section. Xu Xuan's notes are very simple, and many words are only pronounced. Duan Yucai's notes are very detailed, involving the sound, form and meaning of words. Because Duan Yucai did not copy Xu's notes, there is no relationship between inclusion and inclusion in the notes.
Therefore, as a general study, if you buy Zhu Duan, don't buy Xu Xuan's Shuo Wen Jie Zi. In-depth study, the two books have their own value.
Shuowen Jiezi Annotation was published in Shanghai ancient books, Zhongzhou ancient books, Zhejiang ancient books and Jiangsu ancient books (Phoenix Publishing House).
The first three publishers are all copies of the same content, the main difference is the font size and price. The ancient version was big but expensive; Zhongzhou and Zhejiang ancient editions, small and cheap.
Jiangsu ancient books edition is rearranged by computer, and the handwriting is clearer than that of photocopy edition, but the price is on the high side, so printing errors are not ruled out. There are two kinds of Zhu Duan: 1, one volume is 16, and the thickness is like a reduced version of Ci Hai, 220 yuan. The advantage is that it is large and suitable for reading through, but the disadvantage is that it is inconvenient to carry. 2, two volumes, 32 pages, ***220 yuan, the advantage is easy to carry, suitable for desk reference, the disadvantage is that the number of words is small, but the overall reading comfort is better than all kinds of photocopies.
As far as I know, the most popular version at present is the ancient version, with large characters and moderate price, and it is equipped with stroke search and four-corner number search. Interestingly, in the four-corner number retrieval, one word corresponds to two page numbers, one page number belongs to this book, and the other page number belongs to Shuo Wen Jie Zi published by Zhonghua Book Company, which can be described as "one dragging two".
I received an inquiry message at noon on the 24th, which was lost due to improper operation. Who sent it?
