Continuation of the present situation of gold mines in Zhao Cheng

1945 After the Japanese invaders surrendered, they were handed over to Northern University for safekeeping, and Fan Wenlan, president of Northern University, sent people to watch and dry them every year.

1949 After the liberation of Peiping, Zhao Cang was transported to Peiping and handed over to the then Peiping Library (now the National Library) for collection. Zhao Zang is the first large-scale ancient book restoration project funded by the state after the founding of New China.

1949 On April 30, when more than 4,300 volumes and 9 large packages of Zhao Zang arrived in Beiping, people were saddened to find that most of the scrolls had rotted and stuck together into pieces due to poor preservation conditions for many years, and five or six of the ten volumes could not be opened. The state specially dispatched four experienced main molding machines to help repair, which lasted nearly 17 years and was finally completed in 1965.

Zhao Zang has 6980 volumes and more than 60 million words. Today, there are more than 4,000 volumes, which are the only ones in the world, so they are regarded as rare treasures. Together with Yongle Dadian, Sikuquanshu and Dunhuang suicide note, they are also called the treasures of the four major towns and libraries of the National Library. In Zhao's hometown Cang, the Shaanxi Provincial Museum has a permanent collection of Confucian classics, which are placed in the Buddha Wind Exhibition Hall on the third floor of the museum.

In 2008, Beijing Library Press published Zhao Cang. Copy the whole as it is, and reproduce the classics of the prosperous times. It can be called the most valuable collection of prosperous times in today's era! Among them, Chen Tianzhu's true translation of Sanzang, namely "Chen Jingang", is highly imitated from Zhao Jincheng's Collection in the National Library. This book is beautifully printed and can be hidden on the back. Not only that, Mr. Tsung i Jao, a master of Chinese studies, praised: "The original is not as good as the original".
