As an inspector, we should often go deep into the school, understand the trends of front-line education and teaching reform, establish a good relationship of mutual trust and close cooperation with the school, form a learning body, and communicate with the school on an equal footing. Before supervision, the supervision content should be "new", the supervision opportunity should be "accurate", the supervision should be carefully prepared, the supervision should be in accordance with the law and regulations, the supervision should give timely feedback and pay a regular return visit to ensure the accuracy of the supervision results and the scientific nature of the inspectors' suggestions, report to the education administrative department and the education supervision department on their own initiative, establish an inspector's account, and follow up and pay a return visit to the problems raised by the inspectors. As inspectors, we should guide schools to fully implement the national education policy, constantly create education suitable for school development, and promote students' all-round development, personality development and independent development.
Through the study, I deeply realize that as an inspector, I need to have both professional quality and service consciousness, be familiar with all kinds of education and teaching laws and regulations and all kinds of evaluation rules, and have professional training in working methods. As an inspector, in addition to his major, he also needs to have a sense of service and serve the school, parents and society. As a part-time inspector, I am mainly responsible for kindergartens. I want to help kindergartens solve the problems encountered in the process of running the park, help parents answer questions, standardize the kindergarten's behavior in running the park, help kindergartens establish scientific educational concepts, and make the school develop healthily and scientifically.
