Four Great Calligraphers in Tang Dynasty

Ou Yangxun, Chu Suiliang, Yan Zhenqing and Liu Gongquan.

1, Ou Yangxun: His calligraphy was famous for its preciseness, neatness and beauty in the Tang Dynasty, especially the regular script, whose masterpiece is The Inscription of Liquan in Jiucheng Palace.

2. Chu Suiliang: In the Tang Dynasty, his calligraphy style was fluent and clever, and his strokes were euphemistic and colorful, which had high artistic value. His masterpiece is Preface to the Wild Goose Pagoda.

3. Yan Zhenqing: His calligraphy was magnificent in the Tang Dynasty and was called Yan Ti. Yan Zhenqing's regular script and running script are excellent, and his works include The Tower Monument and My Nephew's Memorial Draft.

4. Liu Gongquan: In the Tang Dynasty, Liu Gongquan's calligraphy was famous for its strong bones and rigorous structure. His regular script is especially famous, known as Liu Ti, and his masterpiece is the mysterious pagoda monument.
