Scope of selection
1. "Serving grassroots college students." College student "village officials" who have completed their service period and passed the assessment in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (including college students independently selected by league cities, banner counties and districts to serve at the grassroots level), volunteers of the "Three Supports and One Support" plan, "Western Plan", and "special posts" Teachers” and “People’s Livelihood Work” volunteers. Full-time general college graduates who have obtained a bachelor's degree or above must be recruited within the national plan.
2. Freshly graduated undergraduate and graduate students. Full-time general college graduates who have obtained a bachelor's degree or above are recruited within the national plan (applicants for colleges outside the region should be graduates from Inner Mongolia).
3. Undergraduate and graduate students who have graduated from previous years. The national plan recruits Inner Mongolian graduates from full-time general colleges and universities who have obtained a bachelor's degree or above. Including college student "village officials" during the service period (including college students independently selected by league cities, banner counties and districts to serve the grassroots), "Three Supports and One Support" plan, "Western Plan" volunteers, "special post teachers" and " People's Livelihood Work" volunteers.
The registration requirements are
Fresh undergraduate graduates must be members of the Communist Party of China (including probationary party members) or be rated as outstanding student cadres or outstanding graduates at the college (department) level or above students, "Three Good" students.
Previous undergraduate graduates must be members of the Communist Party of China (excluding probationary party members) or be rated as outstanding student cadres at the college (department) level or above, outstanding graduates, and "three good" students.
Undergraduate students should be no more than 26 years old. Master students should be no more than 28 years old. Doctoral students should be no more than 32 years old. For those who have served grassroots college students for one year, the age limit will be relaxed by one year; for those who have served for two years, the age limit will be relaxed by two years.
