The common causes of secondary nephrotic syndrome are diabetic nephropathy, systemic lupus nephritis, infection, drugs and nephrotic syndrome caused by new organisms. The common pathological types of nephrotic syndrome are minimal pathological nephropathy, mesangial proliferative nephritis, membranous nephropathy, mesangial capillary nephritis and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis. Nephrotic syndrome belongs to the category of edema in traditional Chinese medicine.
Fangji Sancao Decoction consists of 30g of motherwort, 30g of Pyrola, 30g of Lysimachia christinae, 65438 05g of Radix Astragali, 65438 05g of Radix Codonopsis, 65438 00g of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata and 65438 00g of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei.
Indications of nephrotic syndrome.
Usage: daily 1 dose, decocted in water for 2 ~ 3 months.
According to Radix Astragali, Radix Codonopsis, Radix Astragali and Radix Aconiti Lateralis, Poria, Herba Lysimachiae Christinae and Pyrola can induce diuresis to reduce swelling, Herba Leonuri can promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis, and Radix et Rhizoma Rhei can clear heat and detoxify.
Fang Huang Er Qi Er Tang Jin consists of 30g of raw Astragalus membranaceus, 30g of coix seed, 30g of Lysimachia christinae, 30g of honeysuckle, 0/5-30g of Poria cocos/kloc, 3-8g of ephedra, 5g of Saposhnikovia divaricata, 5g of raw licorice with kidney-yang deficiency, epimedium, dipsacus root and mistletoe. Remove Herba Ephedrae from patients with kidney yin deficiency and add Carapax Trionycis and Cortex Phellodendri; For those with obvious edema, Poria cocos skin and Semen Plantaginis are added.
Functions: invigorating spleen and kidney, dispersing lung and promoting blood circulation, detoxifying and promoting diuresis.

Astragalus membranaceus, Coix lachryma-jobi and Poria cocos are used in the prescription to strengthen the spleen and promote diuresis. Lysimachia christinae and honeysuckle. Consists of Cordyceps sinensis 0.5g (ground and taken orally), Astragalus membranaceus/kloc-0.5g, Alisma orientalis 65438 and Leonurus japonicus 65438, Cornus officinalis 65438, Ligusticum chuanxiong 65438 and Scolopendra 65438.
Indications: Primary nephrotic syndrome.
The key to solve the problem of Cordyceps sinensis lies in replenishing sperm; Astragalus membranaceus can replenish qi, consolidate exterior, promote diuresis and reduce swelling. Pharmacological experiments show that Astragalus membranaceus has the functions of diuresis, lowering blood pressure, eliminating nephritis proteinuria and improving immune function. Cornus officinalis can tonify liver and kidney, astringe essence, prevent slippage and reduce urine protein loss. Scolopendra is good at dredging collaterals, attacking poison and removing pathogenic blood, and cooperating with motherwort to promote blood circulation and diuresis. Ligusticum Chuanxiong promotes blood circulation and qi circulation, which is beneficial to improve the hypercoagulability of nephrotic syndrome.
Usage: daily 1 dose, decocted in water and taken in three times.
Fang Si anshen decoction comes from Sun. New Chinese medicine, 1994, (12): 19. It consists of 30g of Radix Astragali, 30g of Coicis Semen, 30g of Herba Lysimachiae Christinae, 30g of Flos Lonicerae, Semen Cuscutae 10g, Periostracum Cicadae 15g and Caulis Spatholobi 15g.
Indications: Primary nephrotic syndrome.
The prescription adopts raw astragalus, Atractylodes macrocephala, Coicis Semen, Poria, Semen Cuscutae and Lycium barbarum to strengthen the spleen, tonify the kidney and promote diuresis. Lysimachia christinae and honeysuckle. Radix Saposhnikoviae, Herba Ephedrae, Periostracum Cicadae, expelling wind, dispersing lung, and promoting diuresis; Spatholobus suberectus promotes blood circulation and unblocks collaterals.
Usage: decoct in water and take it twice, daily 1 dose.
Fangji Jianshen Decoction consists of Radix Astragali and Radix Codonopsis 30g each, Atractylodis Rhizoma, Poria, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Herba Leonuri, Semen Plantaginis, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata and Fructus Lycii 65438 05g each, Rhizoma Curculiginis and Herba Epimedii 65438 00g each, and Radix Glycyrrhizae 6g each.
Indications: nephrotic syndrome.
Usage: decoction, daily 1 dose.
According to this prescription, invigorating spleen, invigorating qi and tonifying kidney can improve the immune function of the body, promote diuresis and reduce swelling. So as to resist the side effects such as leukopenia, low immune function, water and sodium retention caused by high-dose hormone shock therapy.
Fangliu Shenzong Decoction is from Xue, journal of traditional chinese medicine, Shandong, 1996, (5): 209. It consists of 24 grams of Radix Astragali and Semen Plantaginis, 65438 02 grams of Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Herba Epimedii, Fructus Lycii, Semen Persicae, Carthami Flos, Achyranthis Radix, 65438 05 grams of Herba Leonuri, and 8 grams of Radix Panacis Quinquefolii and Radix Glycyrrhizae.
Indications: Primary nephrotic syndrome.
The prescription of invigorating spleen and kidney, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, combined with low dose dexamethasone, can quickly relieve the disease on the one hand, and reduce the dosage of the latter on the other hand, which is beneficial to the smooth withdrawal of hormones and prevent the rebound phenomenon.
Usage: decoct in water, daily 1 dose, once in the morning and once in the evening.
