Cao Chuji's detailed experience

Cao Chuji, 1937, from Hezhaoting Village, Renhe Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou. He studied in private schools, He Zhaoting Primary School and Panyu No.5 Middle School. 1953 entered Fanpu Normal College of Sun Yat-sen Normal University, 1956 graduated, and was admitted to the Chinese Department of South China Normal University. 196 1 stayed in school as a teaching assistant of ancient literature in China. 1964 was admitted to the language and literature research office of Hangzhou university as a postgraduate of pre-Qin scholars, 1967 graduated and returned to South China Normal University. During the Cultural Revolution, I worked in the May 7th Cadre School of Furong Mountain in Shaoguan for half a year, and visited Huizhou and Hainan to guide middle school teachers. After the resumption of classes in South China Normal University, he returned to the Chinese Department to engage in teaching. 1978, 1983 and 1987 were successively appointed as lecturers, associate professors and professors, and from 1988 to 1992, they were appointed as the head of the Chinese Department. 1998 retired.

In teaching, I mainly serve as the teaching of the course of China Ancient Literature for undergraduates and the tutor of the post-graduate students in pre-Qin and pre-Tang dynasties. In addition to the basic courses of ancient literature, starting from 1985, there are also postgraduate courses such as ancient book arrangement, Zhouyi study, Zhuangzi study and pre-Qin literature study. Often exceeding the prescribed workload, lectures are very popular with students. Editor-in-chief of the coastal junior high school Chinese, Hong Kong middle school Chinese, Malaysian Chinese middle school Chinese and other teaching materials, used for more than 20 years. He was also invited to visit Malaysia to teach and train Chinese teachers. There are many kinds of university textbooks edited by the editor-in-chief, among which "China Ancient Literature" is the provincial key textbook and the designated textbook for correspondence and self-taught examinations in the whole province.

1989 was awarded as an excellent teacher in Guangdong province. 1992 won the teacher award of Ceng Xianzi Education Foundation. From 1992, you can enjoy the special government allowance issued by the State Council.

After graduating from Cao Chu's basic course, he studied the Book of Changes with Mr. Li, an expert in Yi Studies. 1979, at the request of the philosophy editorial department of Zhonghua Book Company, compiled Mr. Li's posthumous Book of Changes (published by Zhonghua Book Company 198 1). When I was a graduate student, I mainly completed my study task through the research of various schools, and engaged in the compilation of Zhuangzi's Brief Introduction, published by Zhonghua Book Company, 1982. This book is the first Zhuangzi after liberation, and it is reprinted every two or three years. Up to now, the print run has exceeded100000 copies. After graduation, in the process of teaching, I completed Zhuangzi's Brief Discussion, which was published by Guangdong People's Publishing House 1987. Both books won the Outstanding Social Science Research Achievement Award of Guangdong Social Science Federation.

In 1980s, he also participated in the compilation of Encyclopedia of China (China Literature Volume) and was a major member of the pre-Qin branch compilation group. In addition, I also cooperated with others to compile various reference books. He has published dozens of academic papers such as Zhuangzi, Mencius, Zhouyi and Wen Xin Diao Long in Philosophical Research, China Literature and History Series, Academic Research and Knowledge of Literature and History.

After retirement, he also gave academic reports on Laozi, Zhuangzi, Everything is done by Han Feizi, Qu Yuan, Yijing and Sinology in China Petroleum Training Center, Guangzhou, Zhongshan, Dongguan Library and Lingnan Cultural College. Zhuangzi, A New Reading Book of Chinese Studies and Collation of South China Classics have also been published.
