2.5 Preparation method
Add water to the above six flavors, extract volatile oil from honeysuckle and frangipani, medicinal residue and the remaining kapok. Decoct twice, filter, and concentrate the filtrate to a relative density of about 1.20. Add ethanol to make the alcohol content reach 45%. Leave it alone, filter, recover the ethanol, and concentrate it into a thick paste. (2) Take 10g of this product, add 20ml of methanol, heat to reflux for about 30 minutes, filter, evaporate the filtrate to dryness, add 2ml of methanol to the residue to dissolve, and use it as the test solution.
