Hu Fuyang was wrongly reported by the people as Liyang, Yuyang and Weiyang, whose name was Liangtong, renamed Xiang Ying, whose name was Fuyang, and whose name was Chu Shi, Yu Yun. He was born in Chengyang, Jimo in the Qing Dynasty. Born in the 12th year of Chongzhen in Ming Dynasty (1639), he studied in Wali and Huiju Academy as a teenager. At the age of 16, he was forced to strip and search his boy in the 10th year of Shunzhi in Qing Dynasty (1635). He was angry and left without humiliation. The way is to build a library to make a living.

According to folklore, he predicted that "there will never be floods, earthquakes and other disasters in Laoshan Mountain" and called it "difficult to leave Laoshan Mountain".
