The difference between petticoat and underwear

The purpose is different. A petticoat is a thin layer of cloth or yarn specially added inside to prevent the cloth from running away. Most of the underwear is to keep warm, wearing a pair of pants inside, similar to autumn pants. So the difference between petticoats and underpants is different. Slips and underwear include traditional petticoats, lace petticoats, Hanfu skirts, Song Kun, silk pajamas and modern wide-leg pants.
