Many people have tried meditation, but only a small part can really meditate. What is concentration? There are many descriptions of Buddhism, but these are appearances and subjective feelings. Here, we have to uncover a layer of "enough paper" and reveal the root cause of concentration. In short, the real reason for being able to settle down is because of "success".

Man came to this world as a gift from the universe, which was called "innate one" in ancient times. Zhuangzi said, "The sky is one foot high and the ground is ten feet low." . This "one trick" is the "one" in what Laozi said: "Tao gives birth to one, life gives birth to two, life gives birth to three, and life gives birth to all things". "Wu Zhen pian" says that "Tao gives birth to Yin and Yang from nothingness." As soon as a person is born, this "innate similarity" divides Yin and Yang, forming a person's "essence" and "spirit". From then on, "innate similarity" lurks in it and cannot be found. Just like a beam of sunlight turned into seven-color light through a prism, the original sunlight could not be found in it; These seven colors of light are actually produced by the sun. The same is true of people, who have essence and spirit, but have no "innate talents". Only when people find their own "innate talents" can they find the secret to the Tao from here.

The so-called "meditation" is a large-scale solution: since people's whole body spirit is born of "one stroke", then I can return to the original "one stroke" without moving my spirit. In people's daily life, the habit (called karma by Buddhists) is that "essence goes down and essence goes out" (this is the root of "kidney goes down and heart is inflamed" in Tianhua Dandao), so it is really not easy to pull back the process of essence leaking out. Buddhism mainly uses psychological methods to achieve spiritual introversion through how to visualize, think and know, and then combine with each other through meditation. When this meditation reaches a certain level and the spirit is harmonious, it will return to "innate harmony", just like the seven-color light returns to Mitsubishi mirror again and becomes one. When "innate harmony" comes into being, a person behaves as "meditation" (pay attention to not only meditation, but also the person who runs through meditation, standing, sitting and lying down), and the spirit naturally fits, so that he can't go on.

Buddhism's specialty lies in psychology, so Hyunri, a Buddhist, is profound and focuses on personal perception. The major of Taoism focuses on material, and the means of material pay attention to scientific intuition and standardization, and there is a set of relatively certain norms to realize this process. From the material direction, Taoism realizes "health preservation" by "building foundation, refining essence and refining again", so as to decide what to do without talking about it, which is "success". However, the standard for truly returning to Buddhism is a person who can "live" and really enter "meditation".

Buddhists talk about many mysterious things, such as self-nature, sincerity, no mind, no ego and so on. , is actually talking about "Shen Yuan". However, Shen Yuan is different from knowing God, which is beyond people's control. Therefore, the cultivation from intentional to unintentional, from promising to inaction refers to the self-awareness and natural perfection of Shen Yuan through the subjective efforts of "knowing God". The basis of "Shen Yuan" consciousness is "innate similarity", also known as "Shen Yuan". When "Shen Yuan" and "Tong Yuan" are combined, it is called "Tong Zhen". At this stage, Taoism calls it "refining the gods" and Buddhism calls it "emptiness and great determination". Up to now, it is still not over. In a higher realm than this, Buddhists have realized their true nature and practiced Buddhism through the way of "participating in Zen" (three bowls of Zen); Taoism, on the other hand, points out that the stages of "refining spirit into emptiness" and "refining emptiness into harmony" are trance-like and long-lasting.

Buddhism and Taoism have their own characteristics and expertise. Only when a true practitioner takes "the ultimate truth" as his refuge and breaks away from the shackles of various forms and religious beliefs can he accept good advice and truly carry forward the essence of Buddhism and Taoism. "Tianhua culture" is such a cultural phenomenon, and "Tianhua Dandao" is a wonderful flower in the cultivation system of Tianhua culture. "Tian Hua Dan Dao" advocates "zhong", puts forward the highest goal of "complete liberation of body and mind", and requires all-round development of body and mind in the process of cultivation; Starting from the body, we advocate the thoughts and ways similar to Taoism, spiritual cultivation, and the understanding and realm similar to Buddhism. Learn from others' strengths, get married and start a career, refine scientifically, and take Tao as the Sect.

"Tianhua Dandao" starts with the body and deeply studies the energy movement mode of human physiology. Compared with the crude theoretical framework of Taoism, Tianhua Dandao has a more detailed theoretical research depth, and only in this way can we develop more advanced technical means. For example, carpenters and scientists can create things, carpenters create tables and chairs, and scientists develop atomic energy; As a carpenter, you can realize your own creation without studying the structure of molecular atoms in wood; And an atomic engineer, he will go deep into each molecule and explore the essence of energy, otherwise he will not be able to apply atomic energy; Both are creations, but the technical content and the degree of influence on human beings are not the same.
