is located in a mountainous area. It is 5 kilometers due north of Xiawang Village. The "County Chronicles" of the Ming and Qing Dynasties both contain: "Shui Ling Di". Because there is Shuilingliang in the northwest of the village, the village was built under it and got its name. There are currently 1,612 acres of cultivated land and a population of 786. A village committee was established to govern two natural villages, Shuilingdi and Shuilingshang. Shuilingshang was originally the village committee, but was merged into Shuilingdi in December 2000. (According to Meng Zhengfa Document No. 200064) At the same time, it originally belonged to Wangcun Township. In December 2000, during the adjustment of township administrative divisions, Shuilingdi Village belonged to the current Changchi Town.

Shuilingdi Village and Baishi Village, Shangwang Village, Zhongxingdao Village, Luoping Village, Aozipo Village, Xizhang Village, Chenjiazhuang Village, Zhijiao Village, Nanchangchi Village, Hongtupo Village Village, Xiaodutou Village, Xichangchi Village, Zangshan Village and Hanzhuang Village are adjacent to each other.
