"Bo Ya Jue Xian" is a historical allusion, which comes from "Liezi" and "Lu Shi Chun Qiu·Ben Mei Chapter", and the author is Lu Buwei.
Original text of the allusion:
Bo Ya played the drum and harp, and Zhong Ziqi listened to it. Fang Guqin and his ambition are in Mount Tai. Zhong Ziqi said: "It's so good to play the drum and harp, it's as majestic as Mount Tai." Between the few choices, but his ambition is to move the water, Zhong Ziqi said again: "It's so good to play the drum and harp, it's so majestic." Like flowing water. "When Zhong Ziqi died, Boya broke the strings of his harp and stopped playing the harp for the rest of his life, thinking that there was no one left to play the harp again.
Translation: Boya is good at playing the piano, and Zhong Ziqi is good at listening to the music. When Boya played the piano, he thought of the majestic Mount Tai. Zhong Ziqi exclaimed: "That's great! It's like the majestic Mount Tai standing in front of me!" When Boya played the piano, he thought of the vast rivers. Zhong Ziqi Qi exclaimed: "Great, it's like an endless river flowing in front of me!"?
No matter what Boya thinks of when he plays the piano, Zhong Ziqi will clearly express his thoughts. After Zhong Ziqi passed away, Boya thought that he would never have a close friend in the world. So he resolutely smashed his beloved harp, broke the strings, and never played the harp again for the rest of his life, in order to put an end to his longing for Zhong Ziqi.
