Printing cost calculation

The accounting of printing cost can also be divided into the above three parts, and the sum of the three parts is the price of printed matter.

1, preprinted:

The process of film making and proofing is calculated according to per-p, and A4 (2 10×285_) is the pricing standard for design, film making, proofing, printing and imposition. If there is any folding, it shall be calculated according to the actual size. Film is a necessity on the computer, and printing proofing is the most basic basis for checking the color of the collar machine.

2. Print:

The key link of printing is printing, and the pricing standard is color sequence, that is, each ream of paper of each color generally starts printing with five reams, and less than five reams are counted as five reams. If there are spot colors, such as enterprise-specific pattern printing spot color (pantone ink) or printing gold, silver and so on. Please be sure to indicate, and then it will increase from 4 colors to 5 colors and 6 colors, so that the price can be accurate.

3. Post-printing:

Usually it is the processing work after printing. Be sure to indicate: binding (riding nail or glue nail), folding (several folds); Whether there is film covering, UV, die cutting, bronzing and protruding parts in the post-press process should also be clearly written. If you have special requirements, please also indicate the special materials printed and the number of packages. The more specific and accurate the process, the more accurate the price.
