Because everything in front comes from the animal way and the immortal way comes from the world, it is the first meaning to distinguish him not from the three evil ways but from the world. Second, who is he? When this man is a man, he has a very important thought. He hates the impermanence of the body, and he hates the pain of the body. He has a strong aversion to old diseases and impermanence. He loves the method of immortality, so he studies hard. First of all, mark the hope in the hearts of people who study Xiandao.
Unfortunately, when he studied samadhi, he did not rely on the principle of samadhi (Tathagata hides the wonderful truth as nature) and our immortal heart. What kind of mentality does he use to practice meditation?
Don't correct your delusion, but keep your mind unchanged.
He has an illusion in his heart, which is his illusory imagination. What is his delusion? He always wants to strengthen his colorful body so that it won't get old, get sick or die. He keeps fit and often has such hopes and ideas.
What did he do because of this idea? He stayed away from the prosperity of the city, went to a remote mountain forest, or went to an isolated island without people. In a word, he hopes to study his way of becoming an immortal in a noisy place. There are ten differences.
Master Yan Yi said: The characteristic of Xiandao is not to cultivate delusion, but to keep thinking and shaping. There are basically two kinds of stereotypes about him. One is to study according to the root of floating dust. The floating dust root is completely a color method, and he is completely self-cultivation. This is a relatively low-level fairy road. What would he do? He will "keep the essence", keep the essence, then practice, turn the essence into qi, and then recuperate. After studying the dynamics, keeping the essence, practicing the spirit and nourishing the spirit, the body can stay young for a long time, prolong life, and focus on self-cultivation.
As Master Hu Yi said, learn from the roots of floating dust. Secondly, what is more advanced is Yi Yi Sheng Gen, which is to cultivate the mind. He wants to transform ordinary people's heavy births into fairy tales that float lightly. He practices meditation according to the meditation of the eighth knowledge. After his success, Saman possessed five skills and various magical powers. This is a more advanced fairy tale.
Among the following characteristics, there are ten judgments made by Goodall. The first five focus on the study of color and shape, and practice the spirit. After the last five, he began to practice meditation, and he showed all kinds of magical powers. In a word, these ten kinds of self-cultivation are all living in their own delusions, which do not correspond to their true nature. This is to explain the characteristics of Xiandao first.

Ananda! All beings are firmly hooked, the esophagus is round and the name is immortal.
Among all sentient beings, "sentient beings" are humane beings, and they hope to pursue immortality, birth and death. He has a firm idea in his heart, hoping to pursue immortality. How did he do it? "Taking the bait" is his main method of learning. He decocted with various drugs. Take it for a long time after frying, and use the power of medicine, including his usual practice, to promote the health and longevity of the body.
What deserves our attention in this place is that he has a "no rest" everywhere, which means that he takes this medicine not for a short time, but for a long time. Then the esophagus became round, and after successfully taking the fried medicine, his appearance would not die. His movements are particularly brisk and his activities are particularly agile, but his feet can't leave the ground. Although he is as fast as flying, his feet can't leave the ground, so he still belongs to the earth.
Among the first five immortals, he used his feet to move his strength. The lighter his feet are and the higher he flies, the higher the level of this immortal will be. Because our body and feet are an important judgment, the stronger your feet are, the better your body will be, so the first five accomplishments are judged by the strength of your feet.
Feixian
Strong vegetation does not rest, round medicine, famous flying fairy.
The front is bait, and here is vegetation. The bait is to cook the medicine and eat it. The vegetation in this place is directly vegetation, such as Polygonatum sibiricum. He eats the branches and leaves of this tree, Polygonatum sibiricum, pine and cypress, and squeezes its juice, so he eats it directly raw, and walks like a fly after eating it for a long time. After eating this herb, his flight will be lighter than before, so he can leave slowly and fly less.
He had to eat fireworks in front of the bait. After arriving at this place, Goode commented that after the Second Fairy, he basically didn't eat human flesh, and nothing he ate was made of fireworks, so he didn't eat fireworks.

The flying fairy in front of me is not flying high. He flew directly to the void of this place, flying higher and farther. His characteristic is to exchange stones for bones.
Empty fairy
Perseverance, ceaseless, full of spirit, named empty fairy.
The first three, we look at its connotation, mainly relying on external forces, eating drugs, vegetation, stones and so on. He does have some exercises in this place. There are two ways to practice: "moving" and "stopping". For example, he is lucky to adjust himself when he is moving, such as doing yoga and playing Tai Ji Chuan, and practicing qi when he is moving; Secondly, you can meditate, turn essence into qi during exercise, and turn qi into spirit after meditation. After practicing for a long time, the essence of qi is circled, and at the same time, it is refined in sports, and it is still in the quiet, and finally it is empty. Finally, it was wonderful. This is the essence of qi. After putting all the spirits into a void, he becomes an empty fairy. He can not only fly in the air, but even walk in the clouds, and his feet can fly in the clouds without any obstacles.
This place flies higher, and the parade fairy in front can't fly to the clouds, at most, it is in the void. He flies to the heights in the void, to the clouds, and he can walk on the clouds, so he is called an empty fairy.
Tianxingxian
Strong body fluid does not rest, Runde is complete, and its name is immortal.
This place focuses on the word "body fluid". The "moving stop" in front is what this person does. He may be half-moving and half-quiet, moving and quiet. But by the fifth time, he was basically still.
What is this "body fluid"? When he meditates, his tongue is against the palate and his mouth is against the palate, which will produce a kind of body fluid. This kind of body fluid can nourish our body and color, and it can be transformed into a kind of healthy qi, which makes his body and mind particularly light and floating, so it is called a fairy in the upper reaches of the sky. Not only can he walk in the clouds, but he can even March into heaven, but he can't live in heaven, he can go to heaven to meet people, he can't eat things that fall from heaven, because he can't repay his kindness, and he still has to return to his uninhabited mountains and islands.
The main feature of this place is that he uses "body fluid" to transform his qi. The first five are mainly to cultivate his spirit and accomplishment.
Tongxing line
The rich and refined colors don't rest, and the essence is immortal.
"Wonderful" means that when he meditates, he can absorb the essence of the sun and the moon wholeheartedly. "essence" refers to the essence of the sun and the moon; "Color" clouds are colorful, and there are colorful clouds in the sky in summer. In other words, instead of meditating completely in the room, he went outside to absorb the light of the sun and the moon, absorb the color of the clouds, and turn this energy into his own energy. Moreover, he is not a day, he absorbs the energy of nature for a long time without rest. After a long time, the essence is absorbed. "Suction" means absorbing the essence of the sun and the moon, and "essence" takes the color of clouds. After his final achievement, he will become a fairy.
Because his energy comes from nature, he can live in harmony with all things in the universe, so his heart is moved, and he can be with the whole nature without hindrance. For example, he can go to the mountain ... We have to climb from the mountain, and he doesn't have to. He wants to move. If I want to go from this mountain, he will go directly from it. He can cross it. For example, when he came to a sea, he didn't have to take a boat. Now I want to walk across the sea, and he can also walk through the water.
Yuan Ying, an old monk, said: This is a bit like five links. Because he is full of energy, he often associates with nature, absorbs the essence of the sun and the moon, and absorbs the color of clouds. Slowly, his thoughts can be integrated with nature. This is the gateway to immortals and their dwellings. There is no obstacle between his heart and nature. He can enter nature and feel at ease.
Daoxingxian
Strong spells are forbidden without rest, and their skills are round and their names are immortal.
There are two ways to cultivate immortality in Taoism, incantation and forbidden incantation. The basis of "prohibition" is to observe precepts. His commandment of killing thieves and committing adultery is clean, persistent and clean. He was the first person to observe the precepts. Secondly, he always holds the truth. He holds precepts to stop his desires and spells to increase righteousness. There are two kinds of methods of holding spells and keeping precepts, one is round, the other is holding spells and the other is keeping precepts. After his success, he was called a Taoist immortal. He not only holds the precept, so that his body will never get sick, but also bless others. He used the power of Tao to hold a spell, to keep it clean, and to cure diseases and exorcise evil spirits at any time, that is, Tao became immortal. Of course, this way is a way to escape from the net, a way of life and death, but at least it can cure diseases and exorcise demons for others. What merit does he rely on? With your own commandments, with the power of spells.
Zhao xingxian
Keep thinking about it, think about it, and it will last forever.
What this man did was to miss. How could he miss? He is not as true as Buddhism. When he meditates, he constantly thinks of his abdomen, puts his mind on it and lives under it. On the one hand, he meditates and rests, so that his heart will not be so uneasy and quiet. On the one hand, you can practice qi, because dantian is a sea of qi, on the one hand, you can nourish your heart, on the other hand, you can practice qi, you can remember your fame and shine on the gods. He focused on his abdomen. After his success, he made a name for himself and followed his god. He was able to go in and out freely in his body. He can go out from the top door at any time or come back at any time. When he comes back, the breath can be transported up and down, and the body and the gods take care of each other. He can go wherever he wants, his heart is out, his god can go out at any time, and he can come back whenever he wants.
jingxing county
Strong intercourse does not rest, induction circle, famous fairy.
"intercourse" refers to the harmony of yin and yang, which is yang, yang belongs to fire and yin belongs to water. We talk about kidney, water and heart fire. When he meditates, he lifts the water and lowers the fire.
In our general situation, the ground, fire and wind of our body, because the fire is relatively light, so the habit of fire is upward and the water is below. It's a pity that the fire is above and the water is below. As you can imagine, the fire burns on it, and there is no water on it, and the pot is burnt at once. So we meditate, and he wants to lift the water up and drop the fire. This is called Niandan, which means there is water above and fire below.
He is constantly using meditation to lift water, lift water to reduce fire, and let fire and water meet to become immortals. When we worship Buddha, Li Shifu taught us to exert a little force on the soles of our feet and relax our upper body. His purpose is to lift water to reduce your anger. Actually, you should do the same when you walk. When walking, put a little pressure on the soles of your feet, relax your upper body, and be solid and empty. No matter where you live, sit or lie down, you often raise water to reduce fire, so that Yin and Yang can be combined and finally become immortals. He can live forever through the intercourse of fire, water and yin and yang. Life can prolong life, and longevity is called refining immortals.
Fairy's unique lines
Constant change without rest, complete consciousness, immortal reputation.
To go to this place, according to Goode's meaning, people of the sixth kind or above have meditation, at least they have a desire to define. This change was observed in his meditation, in which he thought about the truth of the change of the universe. Say: Why does the universe change? Why do flowers bloom in spring? Flowers wither like leaves in spring? He thought about the impermanence of the universe for a long time before he realized that his heart was integrated with the universe.
What advantages does he have after staying? Go a long way. He can lead the change of the whole universe with his mind, moving mountains for a new season. He wants to move the mountain from one place to another, and he can move mountains and rivers if he wants. Even if he wants to turn spring into summer, he can turn summer into winter. He can change seasons freely, and he can have such hallucinations.
The scripture in this place is very short, but if you look at "Cheng Idealism" or "Sadas" at the back of this scripture, it is this change that is mentioned. His "consciousness" is that the universe is divided into two parts, one is constant, the other is impermanent, and the other is changing, and he can understand this truth. So, he slowly, slowly, from changing to unchanging, and then changing with unchanging and unchanging.
Of course, this place is very similar to Shurangama Sutra, but not the same! This change is unchangeable, and this invariance is an impermanent binary opposition, one is unchangeable and the other is impermanent. His constancy and impermanence are two different things. In our classics, it is said that "mindfulness in the past and present" is constant and does not change with destiny. These two things are unique. In invariability, the present is fate, and in fate, the present is the same. However, the change of Sendao is the same, that is two different things, self-sustaining, that is two different things.
Hai Gong mentioned an idea in the Shurangama Sutra. He said: There used to be a meditator in the northeast. He went to the mountains and asked a fairy to live forever. The immortal said: You should cultivate immortality. When you meditate, you think that everything in the universe is changing, but this change is dreamlike and unreal. He told him to think so. As a result, after three months of thinking, he can change seasons at any time. He can turn spring into winter, or winter into summer. This is the so-called immortal.
Why is it unique, a "unique"? Because awareness is the highest realm of the whole magic, his magic is not circulated to the public.
Buddha's conclusion on ten immortals.
Ananda! That is to say, all people practice their minds, don't cultivate correct consciousness, don't gain physiology, live for thousands of years, rest in the mountains, or in the big islands, and die in human territory. Fourth, we should also be reincarnated, instead of repairing samadhi, we should repay everything and disperse it into various interests.
The Buddha said that "yes" means more than ten ways to become immortal. Their characteristic is that the first way to become immortal should be found in people. You bastard, it is impossible to cultivate immortality. You must be humane in order to be immortal. What kind of person is he? Mind training, of course, physical training, he uses sports drugs to exercise, he also uses all kinds of meditation to cultivate the mind, he cultivates the body and mind. Practice body and mind according to the delusion of gaining something, but unfortunately he doesn't practice mindfulness. He didn't really see the true colors of our eternal hearts, and he was still circling in the cause of life and death. This is called "don't get physical." This is another reason to prolong life, that is, we say that we just want to cultivate our physique, which is probably his reason. His reason is that if we don't practice mindfulness, we won't get physiology.
What is his fruit? Live for ten million years.
You know, people can't live without death, impossible! He postponed his death. Therefore, the ancients said that it is possible to be neither old nor sick, but there is no way to die.
His life span is 10 million years, and his personality is to stay away from the crowd and rest in the mountains. He doesn't like being in the company of people, or living on an uninhabited big island. The whole island is the sea, and there is an island in the middle. He has magical power, and he doesn't have to take a boat. He flew there directly. In short, he is isolated from people and away from the noisy environment of the crowd.
Such a retribution system, Buddha said: Sri Lanka also wants reincarnation, and he is still living in the cycle of life and death. Why? Because he studies his body and mind with delusion, he will inevitably fall into a cycle, and he will not be able to study the truth of Shurangama Sutra. When his death comes, he will still come to the three realms, follow his past reversal and karma, and disperse to all interests.
In Goode's annotation, there is a fable saying: There is a Lv Dongbin in Xiandao, one of the Eight Immortals. After he became immortal, he became a pair of male and female swords and had great confidence in himself. One day, when Zen master Huanglong was talking, he happened to pass by and came down to the throne to listen.
After listening to the Dharma, Master Huanglong said: Some people steal Dharma, others steal Dharma. At this moment, Lv Dongbin came out. He said: I have an immortal method in my heart. Why would I steal it? I have the magic of immortality. Why would I steal it? The founder of Huanglong said: You are a corpse. You are a zombie. Lv Dongbin was very angry, so he shot his sword. At this time, Huanglong was a teacher, and he entered the "true samadhi".
As we said before, truth is the foundation of all laws, so when he enters the "True Samadhi", the fire can't burn, the water can't drown, and the knife can't cut him. So when the sword hit the founder of Huanglong, it naturally landed and got stuck underground. At this time, Lv Dongbin wanted to use magic to get the knife back, but he couldn't get it back. At this time, Lv Dongbin was ashamed and worshipped Huanglong as his teacher. The founder of Huanglong enlightened him, and he became enlightened after enlightenment. He said, "Since I saw Huanglong, I have regretted my previous mistakes. 」
The world of our body and mind is the cause of birth and death, and this essence cannot be changed. No matter how you repair it, you have to be born and die, but this trajectory is unchanged. So at first, you can't get the immortal fruit. As we said before, you can't cook with a plate of sand. No matter how bright and dazzling the sand is, its essence is still sand, and sand will always be sand. It is impossible to turn sand into rice, impossible!
The concept of Shurangama Sutra is very good, which means that you must become a Buddha. Have the foundation of becoming a Buddha. If you can't find this foundation, you will never become a Buddha. The Ten Buddhas are based on the truth, so when we can't find the truth, you can't get in at all, and you can't become a Buddha.
Later, Lv Dongbin changed his mind. The mind is born with various methods. He was born with the sincerity of mindfulness, and all his merits and demerits have changed. In fact, Buddhism does not exclude the adjustment of the body, breathing and mind of Xiandao. Look at the "station view" on the rooftop. It talks about ways to adjust the body and breathing. Many things are similar to magic, but the motives are different, the practices are exactly the same, and the ideas are different. So this place is not to say that there is anything wrong with its practice, but a mistake in mentality, a mistake in mentality!
Xianlu is different from Tianlu. Judging from Bao Zheng's body and mind, Xianlu is actually a person, so you look exactly like him, because he is a person! So his life span is certainly different from that of the sky. He can live to 10 million years, 1000 years, 10,000 years, and 10,000 years is the most. However, the karma of heaven takes at least nine million years in four days, which can't be compared with the real business. According to the report, although immortals can fly into the air and walk in the clouds, they can't live in the air. He still wants to go back to his mountain and settle on the island. He lives in a different environment. Heaven and man live in Xumi Mountain, and 84,000 people live in different places.
