In July 2009, a group of criminal clues of Guan Jianjun and others attracted the attention of the Party Committee of the Provincial Public Security Department. After an unannounced visit and investigation in Yangquan, a suspected underworld organization headed by Guan Jianjun (male, 4 1 year old, from Zhengding County, Hebei Province, arrested the former patrol brigade captain of Yangquan Public Security Bureau) gradually surfaced. After more than half a year's efforts, the police destroyed Guan Jianjun, Guan Jianmin (Guan Jianjun's younger brother, male, 40 years old, from Zhengding County, Hebei Province, was an unpaid employee in Yangquan Railway Section before his arrest), Xu Jianjun (male, 42 years old, from Jingxing County, Hebei Province, and was the president of Yangquan Dog Industry Association before his arrest, and Wang Hongyu (male, 36 years old, from Henan Province). At present, the police have arrested 56 criminal suspects such as Guan Jianjun, Guan Jianmin and Wang Hongyu, identified 46 illegal and criminal cases since the organization 13, frozen its funds of 259.4 million yuan, sealed up 27 properties in Beijing and other places (worth 1 100 million yuan), and seized more than 30 vehicles (including Guan Jianmin's Rolls Royce car, valued at 849.4 million yuan).
