Legal basis: Article 5 of the Administrative Measures for International Security Protection of Computer Information Networks. No unit or individual may use the Internet to produce, copy, consult or disseminate the following information:
(1) resisting or undermining the implementation of the Constitution, laws and administrative regulations;
(2) State power that overthrew the system;
(3) undermining national unity;
(4) Ethnic hatred and destruction;
(5) fabricating or distorting facts and disturbing social order;
(six) advocating feudalism, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, obscenity and pornography;
(seven) openly insulting others or fabricating facts to slander others;
(eight) damage the credibility of state organs;
(nine) other violations of the Constitution, laws and administrative regulations.
