"How to keep one's benevolence, say: people, how to gather people, say: wealth" comes from The Book of Changes.

Interpretation: The greatest merit of nature is to nourish all things; The best treasure of those in power is the position of power. How to keep this position? Only by caring for the people. How can we attract talents? Only by relying on material interests. It is the most appropriate and reasonable thing for those in power to manage finances well and formulate reasonable laws and regulations to stop a few people from acting recklessly.

At the same time, he also admitted that "Heaven is humble, and Gan Kun is determined; Humble and high, Chen. Eternity of "noble position". It also explains the source of gossip, the method of divination, the four sages, the virtue and function of Gankun, the meaning of the nine hexagrams and so on.
