Huangdi Neijing is divided into Lingshu and Suwen, which is the earliest medical classic in China and one of the four classic works of traditional medicine (the other three are Difficult Classic, Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Shennong Herbal Classic).
Huangdi Neijing was not written by Huangdi, but was entrusted by later generations. As pointed out in "Huai Nan Zi Xiu Wu Xun", the title of "Yellow Emperor" is intended to trace back to the source and worship the original to illustrate the early birth of China medical culture.
Shan Hai Jing is an important ancient book in the pre-Qin period of China, and it is also a fantastic book. The author of the book is unknown. Modern scholars think that this book was not written in a moment, and the author is not alone.
Shan Hai Jing has been handed down for 18 volumes, including 5 volumes of Shan Hai Jing and 3 volumes of Hai Jing 13. The age of each volume is uncertain, of which 14 is the work of the Warring States period and 4 is the work of the early Western Han Dynasty [1]. The contents of Shan Hai Jing are mainly geographical knowledge in folklore, including mountains and rivers, Taoism, nationalities, products, medicines, sacrifices and witch doctors. It has preserved many famous ancient myths, legends and fables, including Kuafu's day by day, Goddess's mending the sky, Jingwei's reclamation and Dayu's harnessing the water.
