Huamei Clothing Culture Research Institute was established on June 9, 2003/KLOC-0. It is a scientific research institution named after Professor Huamei, the founder of clothing culture. Professor Huamei, Dean of the College of Fine Arts and Design, is the director, and Associate Professor Yao Bin, head of the Department of Fashion Design Art, is the deputy director, who comprehensively presides over the daily work. China Logo Design Research Center of Tianjin Normal University was established on May 23, 2003, with Professor Mou Yue, a professor from the School of Fine Arts and Design and a member of the National Urban Construction Standards and Technology Committee, as the director of the research center. To undertake national and ministerial scientific research projects and the "Tenth Five-Year" national planning textbook project of general higher education of the Ministry of Education.
