Discussion on the source of disease: traditional Chinese medicine (first-class discipline); Medical history literature (two disciplines); Medical books (third-level discipline) are the earliest monographs on the causes and syndromes of internal medicine diseases in China, also known as General Theory of Diseases and Syndrome and Origin of Chao's Diseases, with a total of 50 volumes, which were written in the sixth year of Chao in Sui Dynasty (6 10).
This book summarizes the medical achievements before the Sui Dynasty, and searches, collects, sorts out and systematically classifies clinical diseases and syndromes. The book is divided into 67 branches, including 1739 articles on syndromes, describing the etiology, pathology and syndromes of various diseases.
At the end of each syndrome, the guiding method is attached, but the prescription is not recorded. The theory of various disease sources and syndromes is rich in content, including internal and external diseases, women and children, facial features, oral teeth, bone injuries and other multidisciplinary diseases. There are many incisive expositions on some infectious diseases, parasitic diseases and surgery, which have great influence on later medicine.
The records of intestinal anastomosis, induced abortion, tooth extraction and other operations in the book are the first in the history of surgery in the world, which fully reflects that the surgery at that time has reached a certain level. The etiological and pathological analysis of medical books such as "The Secret of Foreign Taiwan" and "Taiping Shenghui Prescription" is mostly based on this book, and there are photocopies after 1949.
Vitiligo caused by various pathogenic factors;
Vitiligo is also called "vitiligo" or "white refuting wind" in TCM literature. The disease was described as "Wu Bai Mo" in the silk book Fifty-two Diseases Prescription.
Vitiligo patients' neck and body skin turn white, which is different from skin color and does not itch or hurt, so it is called vitiligo. It is also caused by wind evil attacking the skin and disharmony between qi and blood. Traditional Chinese medicine generally believes that the pathogenesis of vitiligo lies in excessive wind and evil in the body, which originates from the exterior.
The pathogenesis of vitiligo lies in the invasion of wind evil, which leads to poor qi operation, blood stasis due to qi stagnation, and visceral dysfunction due to blood stasis; In addition, wind evil, wind cold, blood coagulation and blood failing to nourish the skin are prone to occur. The above pathogenesis leads to skin dishonor and malnutrition, which eventually leads to the disease. If you want to recover, you must strengthen your body resistance.
Vitiligo is characterized by white spots of different sizes on the skin, as white as porcelain, and black and white with the surrounding skin, which is extremely ugly. Sometimes the white spots are static, sometimes they suddenly attack and increase rapidly, which is unpredictable. This is not just the so-called "changeable wind" in Chinese medicine.
