Art exhibition activities should be ideological, artistic and innovative, reflecting the characteristics of the times, campuses and students.
Three. Activities, projects and forms
Art exhibition activities are divided into four categories: artistic performances, artistic works, university presidents' paintings and photographs, and university art education papers and reports:
Artistic performances include vocal music, instrumental music, dance and drama;
Art works include painting, calligraphy (seal cutting), photography, craft design, sculpture (pottery) and DV works;
University presidents' calligraphy and painting photography works include calligraphy (seal cutting), painting and photography works;

Four. Participants and groups
(a) the participants in artistic performances and works of art are full-time undergraduates, junior college students and graduate students. Participants are divided into two groups, A and B. Group A is a non-art major in colleges and universities, and Group B is an art major in art colleges and normal universities.
(2) The exhibitors of the University President's Painting and Calligraphy Photography Exhibition are leading cadres of the Party and government at the university level.
(3) The participants in the report meeting of art education papers in colleges and universities are teachers from ordinary colleges and universities (including higher vocational colleges), teaching and research personnel from relevant teaching and research institutions, managers from education administrative departments and other relevant personnel.

1. Painting: Chinese painting, oil painting, printmaking, watercolor/gouache painting (acrylic painting), with the size not exceeding folio.
2. Calligraphy seal cutting: Xuan paper with a size of no more than four feet.
3. Photography: single photo or group photo (no more than 4 photos in each group), all of which are 14 inch.

Requirements for submission procedures and works of intransitive verbs
1. Performers of artistic performances must be students from the same school, and students from Group B (professional group) of the same school are not allowed to participate in Group A (ordinary group) performances.
2. Artistic performances and works of art shall be submitted to the Organizing Committee by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) on the basis of selection. Universities in 20 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) submitted 10 art performances and 12 works of art; Universities in 20-35 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) submitted 15 art performances and 20 works of art; Colleges and universities in 35 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) submitted 20 cultural performances and 30 works of art.
3. Among the submitted artistic performances and works of art, group A (general group) is not less than 80%, and group B (professional group) is not more than 20%.
4. Among the submitted programs, solo, solo and solo programs shall not exceed 10%. Group A (general group) must have chorus programs, and other program forms are not limited.
5. Art performance programs should be reported on DVD, and programs of different projects such as vocal music, instrumental music, dance and drama should be made into CDs according to the projects. The name and form of the performance unit, group and program should be indicated on the outer packaging of the CD. The name of the region and school shall not appear in the contents of the CD.
6. Don't frame the artwork ... The artwork should indicate the author's name, organization, contact number, work name and variety, size (horizontal × vertical × deep) and creation time; Please write it on the back of the work or indicate it on a separate page. Printmaking works traditionally require blank space around the picture and signature.
7. Works of art shall not be returned to the author in principle. Our department has the right to use award-winning programs and works in related activities and materials (including publishing CDs, editing albums or using them for exhibitions and publicity, etc.). ), the author is not paid, and the participating units and authors enjoy the right of signature.
Seven, the requirements of the headmaster's paintings and photos.
The size of calligraphy seal cutting works is not more than four feet of rice paper, and photographic works include single photos and group photos (each group is not more than four, and the serial number should be marked), all of which are 14 inch. Please indicate on the back of the works that have undergone darkroom stunt treatment and computer production and changed their original appearance. Please indicate the name of the work and the name, unit, position and telephone number of the creator on the back of the work, and the description of the creation can be attached on a separate page.
The works shall be submitted by the provincial education administrative department in a unified way. The total number of paintings and photographs submitted by principals in various places is not limited, and each person shall submit no more than 2 works (groups).

This year's art exhibition is divided into three stages.

The provincial education administrative departments set up art exhibition organizing committees to formulate art exhibition plans for local college students, widely publicize and launch them, and implement them at different levels.
Colleges and universities, with departments as units, mobilize all students to participate, carry out rich and diverse student art activities, organize art lectures, watch cultural performances, attend concerts, and invite professional performance groups to perform in the school. Let each student take part in at least one art activity. On the basis of activities carried out by departments, colleges and universities hold school art festivals and select outstanding programs and works of schools, which were reported to the organizing committee of exhibition activities in this province (autonomous regions and municipalities) in August 2008.
The second stage (from September 2008 to June 2008, 165438+20081October) is a stage of concentrated performances organized by provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).
On the basis of excellent programs and works recommended by schools, all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) hold art program exhibitions, excellent works exhibitions, paper exchange seminars and other activities to select excellent programs, works and papers from all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

(2) Selection requirements for outstanding organization awards
The submission and selection of school outstanding organization awards are recommended by all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and approved by the organizing Committee of this exhibition. The number of people recommended by provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) accounts for about 20% of the total number of universities (including art colleges) in the region. Schools applying for the Outstanding Organization Award in the school require clear guiding ideology, solid organization, wide participation of students, outstanding activities, and written (audio-visual) materials such as activity implementation plan and summary.
The provincial education administrative department outstanding organization award is selected by the organizing committee of this exhibition according to the organization of art exhibitions in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities). It is required that the guiding ideology is correct, the organization and leadership are sound, the activity funds are implemented, the activities are widely carried out in colleges and universities, and the activities have achieved remarkable results.
