Brief introduction of Wang Yuanfang

Wang Yuanfang (1897- 1980) is a modern publisher and translator. People from Jixi, Anhui Province. Born in1June 9, 897, he is also a famous Jin and Lin Shu, whose pen names are Shimin, Baishi, Yan Yue and Fang Quan (this name was given to Wang Han by Chen Duxiu in Nanjing Prison in 1933). 1 980 died in Shanghai on April1day.

Wang Yuanfang has made great contributions to the arrangement and publication of China's classical novels, initiated a new punctuation method for classical novels, and translated many foreign literary masterpieces. When Kloc-0/980 died, Shanghai Ancient Books Publishing House wrote a biography and eulogy for him, calling him a publisher of the older generation, a collator of China classical literature and a translator of foreign literature.
