Based on the author's experience in foreign exchange acceptance, this paper briefly expounds the process of foreign exchange acceptance, the problems in the process of foreign exchange acceptance and some ideas to improve the quality of foreign exchange.

Keywords: problems existing in the acceptance of geological data, and submission of quality suggestions

The geological data of achievements is a set of scientific and technological documents compiled according to certain technical specifications and formats after the geological work is completed or completed in stages, which reflects the final achievements of geological work in the form of words, drawings, tables, multimedia, databases and software. This is a valuable wealth of the country and an important basic material for national economic construction. The quality of geological report is directly related to whether it can be effectively provided and used, and whether it can prolong the service life of preservation. The Geological Archives of Inner Mongolia Institute of Land and Resources Information, as a provincial geological data exchange institution, has the responsibility and obligation to do a good job in the quality of geological data exchange, solve the main problems existing in the exchange work, and lay the foundation for the clustering industrialization of geological data information services.

1 Submission and acceptance of geological data.

1. 1 data reception

As a provincial geological data storage unit, our library receives the geological data submitted by the remitter in accordance with the Regulations on the Management of Geological Data (Order No.349 of the State Council) and the Measures for the Implementation of the Regulations on the Management of Geological Data (Order No.0/6 of the Ministry of Land and Resources).

1.2 acceptance

The acceptance of geological data is divided into paper carrier acceptance and electronic document acceptance.

The acceptance of paper carrier is mainly to check the printing quality and binding of collected geological data, and count the quantity and pieces of collected data. After it is accurate, it shall be stamped with the seal of the museum and packed for registration.

For the acceptance of electronic documents, we must first check the security and integrity of electronic documents. In the case that the carrier of electronic documents is virus-free, the consistency between the electronic documents of geological data and the paper carrier should be checked in strict accordance with the requirements of the Format of Results Electronic Documents (No.210 [2006] of the State Administration of Land and Resources) and related standards. Text part: check page by page against paper materials, check whether the information is consistent, whether the title catalogue definition of text documents is correct, and whether the display direction of illustrations and insertion forms is correct; Whether the pdf file is missing words, whether the illustrations are displayed, whether there are bookmarks, etc. Attached drawings: browse and check the drawings one by one according to the ratio of 1: 1, and check whether the information is complete, whether the legend corresponds to the contents of the drawings, whether the color is correct, whether it changes color, whether it is consistent with paper materials, and whether the source files are consistent with the archived files. Others: Check whether the contents of confidential registration form and catalog database description table are correct. If the acceptance is unqualified, a notice of acceptance shall be issued to inform the remittance unit to modify it until it is qualified and perfect.

After inspection, the geological data with qualified paper and electricity can pass the acceptance, issue remittance vouchers to the remitter, file paper and electricity separately, and upload electronic documents to the geological archives server.

2. The main problems existing in the process of submission and acceptance of geological data.

Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has a vast territory and rich resources. With the fierce geological market in recent years, the task of collecting geological data in our region is quite heavy, with a large number of collections and many problems.

At present, according to the requirements of the specification, the one-time qualified rate of geological data submitted is low, the rework times are too many and the cycle is too long. The existing problems mainly include the following aspects.

2. 1 electronic document

2. 1. 1 The paper carrier is inconsistent with the electronic document.

At present, the main problem of electronic documents is the inconsistency between paper carriers and electronic documents. The main reason of the problem is that the data collector is decoupled from the project team, which leads to the revised geological data being completed by many people and increases the probability of errors.

2. 1.2 does not meet the format requirements for submitting electronic documents of geological data.

Because the producers of electronic documents are not familiar with the submission format of geological data electronic documents, the submitted electronic documents do not meet the requirements of the submission format of geological data electronic documents.

2. 1.3 Text section

The text report directory is entered manually, not automatically generated; The title definition score is incorrect, missing chapters or defining redundant content; Some tables and illustrations are not placed horizontally; The illustrations are not clear; The scanned document is not completed; Some illustrations in the converted pdf file cannot be displayed; Special symbols cannot be converted; The bookmark is missing or the bookmark level is inconsistent with the source file directory level, which makes it impossible to index correctly using bookmarks; Missing data and missing table rows after table conversion; Missing items in the electronic document registration form, etc.

2. 1.4 attached drawings

(1) The map is seriously color-cast.

Cartographers must pay attention to the settings of graphics software and printer when drawing, and print the map after checking all parameters.

(2) The transformation of the attached file.

Most remittance companies use CAD or MapGIS to make maps. The drawings made by CAD do not pay attention to the related library files, and the converted image files (usually pdf files) are linear and the characters cannot be displayed correctly. I am not familiar with the conversion method, and the accuracy is less than 300dpi. When1:1is displayed, I can't see the map clearly. The map made by MapGIS uses area filling in the filling of lithologic pattern, but the direction of lithologic pattern is opposite when it is converted into JPEG format. When drawing, inattention will lead to overlapping data and inability to read clearly.

2.2 Paper problems

Paper reports mainly have problems such as unclear printing and irregular binding; Paper maps are mainly caused by poor paper quality, color deviation during printing, unclear printing and unsatisfactory overlap.

3. Some opinions on the problems existing in the process of geological data submission and acceptance.

3. 1 Make a training plan to improve the professional ability of management and production personnel.

According to the problems existing in the annual exchange, make a training plan, regularly train the managers and producers of geological data, and strengthen the interpretation of specifications and documents. The production software ED-Maker and the software for inputting the geological data catalogue into the database and cleaning up the secrets of geological data are trained to improve the professional ability of managers and production personnel.

3.2 Good quality of remittance.

3.2. 1 paper report quality

The printing should be clear, the ink should be firm, the color should be uniform, and there should be no color cast; Specifications and formats meet relevant standards and requirements; The binding thickness of the text shall not exceed 2cm, and it shall be bound with glue or thread, and it is not allowed to be bound with rusty metal or glue. Maps and words can't be pasted with double-sided tape or tape paper; The drawings shall be folded into accordion style as required, with the size of 19cm×27cm. The drawings shall be folded outwards and numbered one by one in sequence.

3.2.2 Quality of electronic version

Electronic documents should be made in strict accordance with the format requirements of geological data electronic documents. It is suggested to use the electronic document making and browsing system "ED-Maker" to make electronic documents. The software has a download link on the website of the National Geological Archives. The scanned document is decorated by professional graphic software such as PhotoShop, and the black line, noise and irrelevant content on the page are erased and corrected, and then inserted into the text file to keep the page beautiful and basically consistent with the original page size. Our library requires that the carrier of electronic documents is a single box of high-quality CDs.

3.3 Strengthen remittance acceptance and play a supervisory and guiding role.

Responsible for each submitted data. Record the acceptance opinions and problems, notify the production personnel in time, and modify them in time. For geological data that have not passed the acceptance, no exchange voucher shall be issued. Acceptors also need to strengthen their business study to improve their own quality, and find problems in their work, put forward reasonable suggestions, and promote the smooth progress of exchange work.

3.4 Improve the remittance system and establish a long-term management mechanism.

It is suggested that the competent department strengthen the management of geological data collection and pay tribute to the units with good collection and delivery quality every year; Give informed criticism to the units with poor quality, repeated revision and long revision period, and link the quality of data collection with relevant examination and approval.

The above are some experiences and immature ideas of the author in geological data acceptance, hoping to help colleagues engaged in geological data acceptance in national geological data storage units.
