3. If the ignition works normally, it can be judged that the air pressure switch assembly is faulty.
Cause analysis of solar energy;
1, the pressure transmission pipe is loose or inserted in the wrong position, or the connection with the low pressure port is not tight, there is pressure leakage, the negative pressure is reduced, and the wind pressure switch cannot be closed.
2. The smoke pipe is blocked, the pipeline is too long, there are too many bends, and the external wind pressure is too high, which leads to the exhaust blockage, the negative pressure drops, and the negative pressure switch cannot be turned off.
3. The terminal of the microswitch is oxidized and rusted or the spring fails. Resulting in poor contact or inaction.
4. The components of the wind pressure switch assembly are damaged, such as the aging of the diaphragm, and the force of the perforated spring increases.
Judgment method:
1. Reinstall and adjust the pressure transmission pipe. If the air pressure switch can work normally, it can be judged that it is a pressure transmission pipe problem.
2. Dismantle the smoke pipe for debugging. If the fan switch can work normally, it can be judged that it is a smoke pipe problem or the external wind pressure is too large.
3. The terminal of the microswitch is oxidized and rusted. When the small shaft of the visual switch moves, adjust the multimeter to the minimum range of ohm gear and measure whether the microswitch is closed. If it is not connected, it can be judged that it is a microswitch problem.
4, visual switch shaft action; If it doesn't act, it can be judged that it is a diaphragm or spring problem.
Treatment method:
1. Reinstall the pressure transmission pipe and clamp it until it does not leak.
2, clear the flue blockage sundry, shorten the smoke pipe appropriately, reduce the turn, strengthen the windproof device.
3. Remove the oxide layer with emery cloth or replace the wind pressure switch assembly.
4. Replace the wind pressure switch assembly, and it is not allowed to adjust the spring force.
Because the wind pressure switch has been adjusted according to the design requirements when leaving the factory, and the pressure regulating screw is sealed with glass glue.
If the pressure regulating screw is forcibly turned, the seal will be damaged, so that the pressure difference between the left and right chambers cannot be formed, resulting in the failure of the wind pressure switch.
Excessive water flow: excessive pipeline pressure and excessive pipe diameter;
Solution: Turn down the valve of water inlet pipe and raise the set temperature of solar energy.
