Which palace was the main abdication place of the Southern Song Emperor?

The Deshou Palace in the east of Wang Xianqiao is a magnificent palace, where the Southern Song emperors Gaozong and Xiaozong retired to provide for the elderly. Speaking of Deshou Palace, we should start from the initial situation here. This place used to be a garden. Qin Gui took a fancy to it, so please take it as the first residence. In the fifteenth year of Shaoxing (1 145), Song Gaozong met his requirements. Qin Gui has built a house for 19 years since moving in. There are countless pavilions in the building, and they are all tall and magnificent buildings, which can be said to be second to none in Hangzhou. Emperor Gaozong visited the pavilion many times and wrote the plaque "A Dege Sky" for the pavilion in the museum. In the 25th year of Shaoxing (1 155), Qin Gui died and the first room was returned. Later, Emperor Gaozong wanted to abdicate, and ordered that Qin Gui's house be changed into a palace for living after abdication. In the thirty-second year of Shaoxing (1 162), it was successfully rebuilt and named "Deshou Palace". Xiaozong acceded to the throne, and Gaozong was the emperor's father and lived in Deshou Palace.
