Where is Chenzhou Museum?

Chenzhou Museum is located on the 4th and 5th floors of the Municipal Cultural Center, No.5 Museum Road, Beihu District, Chenzhou City. It opened on August 2, 2009 and is open to the public free of charge. The building area is 4,800 square meters, the exhibition hall area is 1.200 square meters, and there are nearly 10,000 cultural relics in the collection, including more than 300 precious cultural relics 1.300. Precious cultural relics include white pottery 7,000 years ago, bronzes, bronze mirrors and ceramics from the Shang and Zhou Dynasties to the Ming and Qing Dynasties, an ancient book in the Ming Dynasty, a trial record in Huguang Township, bamboo slips of Wu and Western Jin Dynasties unearthed from the ancient well of Suxianqiao in Chenzhou in 2003-2004, and lacquer leather belts and silks unearthed from Guimenling in Chenzhou in 20 13. 20 18 was rated as a national second-class museum. Now it is a municipal patriotism education base, a science and technology popularization base, and a youth off-campus education activity base.

There are three basic exhibitions and special exhibitions in the city museum: the exhibition of historical relics from the ancient road-Chenzhou, the exhibition of bamboo slips unearthed from the ancient well collection-Chenzhou, and the exhibition of anti-ice disaster in Chenzhou in 2008. Several temporary exhibitions are held every year, receiving more than 200,000 tourists every year.

The Municipal Museum was established with the approval of regional institutions 1984, and co-located with the municipal cultural relics department, with two brands and a set of people, with a total of 26 institutions.
