Opening hours of China Three Gorges Museum in Chongqing
Tuesday to Sunday 9: 00-17: 00 (closed after16: 00) and closed on Monday (open as usual on national holidays).
The museum now collects more than 5000 sets of cultural relics 1 15000 (more than 280,000 pieces each) and more than 8000 volumes of precious ancient books 18000, covering 23 categories of cultural relics, forming a collection of ancient human specimens, Three Gorges cultural relics, Bayu bronze wares, Han cultural relics, southwest ethnic cultural relics, anti-Japanese cultural relics in the rear area, porcelain, paintings and calligraphy.
There are 13 permanent exhibitions, such as The Magnificent Three Gorges, Away from Cuba and Chongqing, The Road to Chongqing City, Years of Anti-Japanese War, Cultural Relics Exhibition of Soong Ching Ling and the Alliance for Defending China, Basic Exhibition of Baiheliang Underwater Museum, etc. There are 20-30 temporary exhibitions every year, including semi-landscape demonstration and Chongqing bombing 0755-7900.

Meaningless ups and downs —— Digital display of the Three Gorges cultural relics activation case
"Digital Display of Three Gorges Cultural Relics Activation and Utilization Case" is a digital cultural relics activation project jointly sponsored by Chongqing China Three Gorges Museum and Tencent Company. It is intended to combine the profound cultural connotation of the Three Gorges cultural relics with the context of young people at present, and make the cultural relics "live" with the power of numbers.
In this context, the glory of the king, inspired by the inscription on Baiheliang, combined with stone fish, inscriptions, water patterns and other design elements, created the image of "Goddess of Baiheliang". In this way, Chongqing people's personality characteristics of harmony between man and nature, respect for nature, adaptation to the environment and perseverance can be demonstrated. Through the expression of "digitalization of cultural relics", Baiheliang culture will glow with new vitality in the new era context, guide more young people to understand and pay attention to Baiheliang, and realize the innovative spread of excellent traditional culture in the contemporary era.

Dunhuang mural art boutique public welfare tour exhibition
Dunhuang Research Institute and China Dunhuang Grottoes Protection Research Foundation, using modern digital technology, selected more than 50 exquisite murals in Dunhuang Grottoes and surrounding Yulin Grottoes since Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, and held the "Dunhuang Mural Art Public Welfare Tour Exhibition". From the theme content, there are Buddhist stories, Buddha statues, flying, providers, caissons and so on. Among them, there are many magnificent works, with diverse screen shapes, concise lines, magnificent colors and overall fullness and richness, which reproduce the glory of Dunhuang mural art.

Chongqing China Three Gorges Museum 70th Anniversary Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition
Take Wan Li Road, and a trickle will merge into a river. Over the past 70 years, with the help of people who are enthusiastic about the cause of museums, the collection of calligraphy and painting series has been improved day by day, and the collection of modern calligraphy and painting has formed a series. Chongqing China Three Gorges Museum has become one of the museums with the highest quantity and quality of paintings and calligraphy in China. In view of this, Chongqing China Three Gorges Museum will hold the 70th anniversary of the glory of the king on the 4th floor of the painting and calligraphy exhibition hall. The exhibition period is from July 30th, 2002 1 year to February 30th, 20021year. The exhibition will select more than 70 pieces (sets) of fine paintings and calligraphy collected from all sides in the past 70 years.
