One, four lines and three grids
1. Create a new document and set the page office to medium (layout-margins-medium).
Then insert a table with behavior 35 and column as 18. Then set the width and height of the table to 0.94 cm (you can set other sizes according to your own needs). The key is to have the same width and height, that is, to be square.
2. Right-click the table, select "Table Properties", then wait on the "Table" page, click "Border and Shading" and set it to green (you can set other colors according to your preference).
After the color is set, we need to make a pinyin grid: merge the first three lines in turn. You can merge the first line first, and then press F4 on the keyboard to merge quickly. In this way, all pinyin cells are merged. As shown in the figure below:

We copy the above four-line and three-cell book into a new document, and then delete all three cells. Then at the end of the penultimate line, pressing Enter will automatically copy a line of Tian Zi grid.

Third, the production of pinyin
1. The principle of pinyin is the same as that of four lines and three squares. Create a new document, insert a table with 1 row and 39 columns, right-click the table-Table Properties, and set the row height to 0.6, as shown below:
2. Set the pinyin grid as a dotted line and leave it blank. As shown in the figure below:
3. Hold down the ctrl key, select all blank cells, and then delete the borders on both sides. As shown in the figure below:
