When people in ancient books talk about yin and yang, five elements and human internal organs, they also emphasize that heaven eats people with five gases and earth eats people with five flavors. Five qi enters the nose and hides in the heart and lungs, making the five colors clear and the sound clear. Five flavors are hidden in the stomach and intestines, and Tibetan flavor nourishes the five internal organs. Qi is harmonious, body fluid is complementary, and God is spontaneous.
The theory of "balance of yin and yang" in these ancient books is the same as the theory of "one yin and one yang praised and one yin and one yang called disease" advocated by the ancients.
In Huangdi Neijing, Zeebe told Huangdi that the five elements of Chun Mu are sour in summer, bitter in summer, sweet in four seasons, bitter in autumn and salty in winter.
If the five flavors are too extreme, it will be counterproductive. The taste of eating in spring is too sour, the liver qi is too strong, the wood can win the soil, and the spleen and stomach are injured;
Eat too hard, fire can kill gold, skin will wither and hair will fall off; Eating too salty, water can overcome fire, which will make blood vessels not popular; Eating too sweet, soil can overcome water, which will lead to uneven kidneys, bones, teeth, hair and so on falling off; Eating too much spices will make the muscles and tendons in the body tense, and the hands and nails will wither.
In nature, if Yang Yang loses its balance, there will be no wind and rain. In the human body, if yin and yang are out of balance, it will lead to illness and even death.
Today, Yuan Yi Yuan talks about three kinds of yin-yang imbalance, the last one of which is easily overlooked by many people, combined with traditional Chinese medicine classics such as Yijing, Huangdi Neijing and Compendium of Materia Medica.
First, the imbalance of yin and yang in the human body leads to "yang deficiency". If the yang is too strong or too weak, it will make people uncomfortable.
The traditional Yijing culture points out that gold, wood, water, fire and earth in the five elements, no matter which one is too prosperous or too weak, will give birth to the other five elements.
Generally speaking, if Yin Qi and Yin Jing can be balanced, the functions of the five internal organs of the human body will be coordinated, otherwise the so-called "yang deficiency syndrome" will appear. Mainly in the following aspects:
1, no strength, no desire to talk, physical fatigue, etc.
2, deep voice, shortness of breath, easy to sweat, etc. ;
3, dizziness, palpitations, yellow complexion, loss of appetite, etc. ;
4, the body is afraid of cold, cold hands and feet, like hot drinks;
5, kidney is not good, backache and leg weakness, sexual dysfunction;
Second, the imbalance of yin and yang in the human body leads to "yin deficiency" and leads to human discomfort. Since there is yang deficiency, there will be yin deficiency.
If you are not a professional doctor or a person with medical knowledge, you will be confused. Is your body yin deficiency or yin deficiency? Next, let's talk about the main symptoms of human yin deficiency:
1, sallow complexion, chapped lips or fingers, dizziness and fatigue, dizziness and palpitation, etc.
2, the quality of sleep is not good, and it is easy to lose sleep and dream;
3, irritability, fear of heat, facial redness, sore throat, etc. ;
4, hands and feet are prone to fever, sweating, night sweats, soreness of the waist and knees, backache;
5. wet dream has nocturnal emission and the urine is short red or yellow;
Third, the disharmony between yin and yang leads to the deficiency of both yin and yang. In the Book of Changes and Huangdi Neijing, it is emphasized that "Yin and Yang are balanced and healthy for a lifetime", and that "law is based on Yin and Yang and technique is based on numbers".
In the human body, strong yin and weak yang, or strong yang and weak yin, are not conducive to health. The balance of yin and yang is the basis of health and longevity.
But in real life, there will be a third situation: "Yin and Yang deficiency."
Many people have never heard of yin-yang deficiency, which is also the most easily overlooked. In fact, in medicine, the main symptom of "yin and yang deficiency" is fear of cold and heat.
Specifically, in summer, the body is particularly afraid of heat, sweating, peeling hands and feet, and in winter, it is particularly afraid of cold, cold hands and feet, which is the imbalance of yin and yang.
If you encounter "yin and yang deficiency", you should adjust it according to the methods of supplementing yin and yang, nourishing yin and warming yang, and nourishing yin with kindness. Finally, the body is wet, cold and hot, and yin and yang are balanced.
Opening books is beneficial, but originality is not easy.
