Which dynasty was the earliest recorded in history?

The earliest stylistic records belong to Shangshu and The Book of Songs. The oldest chapter in Shangshu came from the Western Zhou Dynasty and began with the attack of King Wu. The oldest chapter in the Book of Songs is also the song of Zhou, which can be traced back to the former king of the Western Zhou Dynasty, that is to say, it came from the Western Zhou Dynasty.

There are also some articles in Shangshu that record the events from the legendary Yao (such as Yao Dian), but these articles are not from Yao at that time or before the Western Zhou Dynasty, but people in the Warring States period are talking to themselves through myths or the mouths of the ancients. Only articles about the Western Zhou Dynasty can be sure that it is recorded by people in the Western Zhou Dynasty.

There is also the title "Ode to Shang" in the Book of Songs, but these were written by Song people. Because it is a descendant of Shang, it was established later than the Western Zhou Dynasty.

So the earliest ancient documents are recorded in the Western Zhou Dynasty. Before the Western Zhou Dynasty, people at that time had no literature records. It was not until a hundred schools of thought contended that the Eastern Zhou Dynasty began to describe things before the Western Zhou Dynasty. However, most of these narratives are mixed with myth, that is, people in the Eastern Zhou Dynasty fabricated their own political ideals with the help of ancient emperors (for example, Confucianism fabricated the so-called "great harmony" political ideal). Most of these assessments by historians are considered unreliable. For these reasons, when Sima Qian wrote Historical Records, he took these books from the Eastern Zhou Dynasty and began to write them from the legendary Yellow Emperor. However, even if Historical Records is written in this way, the documents recorded before the Western Zhou Dynasty are still unreliable. Because Shang was destroyed in the Western Zhou Dynasty, supplemented by archaeological discoveries, it can be confirmed that Shang existed. Further, Xia and the Three Emperors and Five Emperors don't have enough archaeological support, so they can't be sure of their existence.
