1. Reader Service Department
The Reader Service Department is the library engaged in the organization, management, and lending and return services of books and periodicals. , the department that manages readers’ certificates. The main job responsibilities are:
(1) Collect readers’ demand information, analyze the rules of readers’ resource utilization, and provide scientific basis for the construction of library resources;

2. Resource Construction Department
The Resource Construction Department is responsible for planning and implementing the construction of collection resources. The main job responsibilities are:
(1) Formulate the development plan for library document resources and the annual selection plan and budget for various types of document resources;
(2) Responsible for books, newspapers and periodicals , electronic resources, audio and video materials and other types of literature resources procurement and fund use management;
(3) Do a good job in the bidding and procurement of literature resources;
(4) Cooperate with library activities, contact booksellers and database vendors to hold various lectures and book exhibitions;
(5) Access, purchase, acceptance of Chinese and foreign paper books, Chinese and foreign paper journals, and electronic resources, Accounting, inquiry and other work;
(6) Cataloging, processing, collection and delivery of books (including attached books), current journals and the school’s paper-based PhD and master’s degree thesis;< /p>
(7) Cooperate with the Information Consulting Department in the statistics, summary, and evaluation of utilization of various electronic resources;
(8) Do a good job in receiving donations of books from faculty and alumni, Strengthen the construction of the "Nanlin Library";

3. Digital Technology Department
The Digital Technology Department is the department that provides technical support and guarantee for library automation and digital business. The main job responsibilities are:
(1) Assist library leaders to formulate library automation and digital construction plans and organize their implementation;

(3) Ensure the normal operation of library networks, servers, storage devices, work equipment and various service terminals;
(4) Maintain legal user terminals related to Huiwen management system and cooperate with Huiwen Company’s daily system upgrades;

(6) Responsible for the construction of the library's multimedia resources, as well as the reading services of multimedia resources and electronic resources;

4. Information Consultation Department
The Information Consultation Department is the department of the library that provides subject services and carries out modern information consultation services.
The main job responsibilities are:
(1) Carry out science and technology novelty search services to provide scientific basis for the application and identification of research projects inside and outside the school;

(3) Responsible for the organization and teaching of new students’ entrance education and “Literature Retrieval and Utilization” courses for graduate and undergraduate students across the school;
