God, the Sanskrit transliteration of "Tipo". In Buddhism, the so-called "heaven" mainly refers to the extraordinary results that all living beings feel because of doing good. It is one of the six divisions in the karma wheel, and it is called Heaven, or Heavenly Way, rather than the natural heaven that people usually understand. Buddhism believes that heaven is the most wonderful, kind and joyful place among the six paths of reincarnation of all beings, and only those who practice the "ten good karma paths" can be reincarnated in heaven. According to The Great Bodhisattva, the sky means that light shines. Because all beings born in the interest of nature have bright light, they are named heaven. He also said that the sky is obvious, and among all things, the sky is the only one in the world. According to "On the Establishment of Adamo", "Heaven named Tipo, which means doing good, was born here, so it was named Tipo." Of the six paths, the combination of "Heaven" is the most successful, joyful, best and highest. In "On the Establishment of Adamo", it is said that the heavens report themselves: "The so-called heavens are all flesh and blood, regardless of size, convenience and impurity. With you in the light, there is no other day and night. It is reported that Wutong is barrier-free. " However, although the "heaven" in Buddhism is the most superior interest of all sentient beings and can be enjoyed in various ways, it has not been separated from reincarnation, and once it has been enjoyed by its predecessor, it will be transferred to reincarnation again.
The so-called "Five Decays of Heaven and Man" refers to various visions that appear at the end of the life of Heaven and Man. Five failures, five big failures.
There are two kinds of decline, small five decline. One of the five major failures is dirty clothes. Originally, the clothes of Heaven and Man were smooth and elegant, but at the end of life, they began to produce dirty clothes. Second, my head is slack. On weekdays, the sky always wears a bright crown, but at the end of my life,
These crowns will slowly wither. The third is sweating under the armpit. It is said that the body of heaven and man is clean on weekdays, but at the end of life, the armpits will start to sweat. The fourth is that the body stinks, and the fragrant and clean body no longer emits unpleasant smells. The fifth is that you are not satisfied with your seat. Originally, heaven and man lived the most comfortable life, but at the end of life, you felt uneasy or even bored with your seat.
Small Five Decays, including the graceful sounds of nature, are no longer mentioned, the natural light emitted by the body gradually fades away, the bath water actually sticks to the creamy porridge of heaven and man, and at the same time, it is reluctant to part with the wonderful desires, and the original unobstructed sight is also affected, which can no longer shine on the world as before.
The decline of heaven and man is the ultimate sorrow.
It is also because heaven and man enjoy themselves on weekdays and their average life expectancy is extremely long. Take the shortest four kings' days as an example. It is estimated that a 50-year-old man can enjoy a life span of 500 years. In this situation of long life and enjoying life, it is easy for all beings in heaven to have the inverted concept of "constancy, happiness, self-sufficiency and purity", so once they reach the state of five decline of heaven and man, they are rarely angry and it is difficult not to fall into evil ways.
Therefore, among the six ways, it is really heaven that there is only joy without suffering, but there is no suffering after joy.
What a man of practice can't bear is more bitter and enjoyable than others, and there is also the truth that practice helps the Tao. In the long run,
All creatures in heaven have their misfortunes.
As for "Fifty Years of Heaven and Man", there is a story about Indra in the analogy of French sentences. When Emperor Shi died, he knew that he was about to fall into the world, so he became pregnant and became a Taoist donkey. Just as his body gradually appeared the phenomenon of "big five declines" and he was worried, fortunately, he remembered in time that Buddha was the only savior among the three realms who could help the people in distress, so he quickly went to Buddha to seek dharma.
When he converted to Buddhism wholeheartedly and devoutly, he instantly found himself in the belly of a Potter's donkey; Fortunately, the donkey suddenly broke free from the rope and ran around, damaging many pottery products made by its owner. In a rage, the master beat the donkey and hurt the baby in his belly, and the emperor was able to escape.
Appreciating the great power of the Buddha, the emperor's explanation not only realized the meaning of impermanence, but also tried to stick to the road of liberation and become a protector who likes to hear and protect Buddhism.
