How to bind a book with 600 pages?

A book with a thickness of 600 pages can be bound with thread-locking glue, which is a binding method in which the pages are put together and then fixed on the spine with glue. A book bound in this way can fully unfold its pages.

Lock binding is suitable for binding more than 104 pages. Booklets packed in this way are strong and flat. At present, there are many books using this method: picture albums, samples, books, magazines, dictionaries, hardcover books, poetry collections, personal photo albums and so on. If the inside page is more than 200g, it is necessary to lock the thread and stick it well, otherwise it is easy to spread the pages.

Matters needing attention in locking thread and binding

1, the finished product line is the size after final binding and cutting, and it needs 3mm from the bleeding line.

2. In the process of binding, after cutting off the contents around the edges such as header and page number, it will deviate from the distance from the finished product, so it is required that the effective content be far away from the edge of the finished product >; 4 mm.

3. Usually the paper on the inside of the cover is different, so the whiteness is different. When there are spread pictures and color blocks in Seal II and P 1, the colors will be deviated.

4. Since the minimum unit of printing imposition is 2P, the total number of pages bound must be a multiple of 2 or 4, including cover or white pages.

5. On the front cover and back cover of the bound volume, there are 8mm reading lines, that is, when the front cover and P 1 are bound together, 8mm are stuck together and cannot be opened. Therefore, the second page, the third page, the P 1 page and the last page are within 8MM from the spine line, so the content cannot be generated.

6, sewing glue is not necessary to wash the back, you can make a complete picture spread out, open it and you can turn to the end. Compared with wireless binding, sewing is easier to unfold and read.
