The earliest ancient books exchanged between China and foreign countries
During the Tang and Song Dynasties, on the Maritime Silk Road, Kyle Polo of the Yuan Dynasty came to China and returned to Europe to write The Travels of Marco Polo; Zheng He of the Ming Dynasty went to the West; Western learning spread to the east in the late19th century; the compass was introduced to Arabia and Europe in the13rd century; movable type printing was introduced to Egypt and Europe in the10th century; and medical skills and acrobatics in the East Rome were introduced.
