What does Jinjiang mean?

Jinjiang is a county-level city managed by Quanzhou City, Fujian Province. Jinjiang City (formerly Jinjiang County, Quanzhou Prefecture) is also known as Erythrina, Ruitong and Quanan. It is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Fujian Province and is managed by Quanzhou City. It is the core of the Golden Triangle in southern Fujian, separated from Taiwan Province Province by a river, and is known as "Spring Water in the South" and "Zou Lu by the Sea". Jinjiang is located in the southeast coast of Fujian Province, the southeast of Quanzhou City, the south bank of the lower reaches of Jinjiang, surrounded by the sea on three sides.
