First, the brushwork. Huai Su's cursive brushwork is more about grasping the front into the paper and less about using the front, which means that there is a contradiction between the round pen and the sick book. Unless you have skilled skills, it doesn't matter how you grasp it or how you go around it. For example, stippling doesn't like flatness, and it is astringent if it is uneven. How to be astringent but not slow requires superb technology. For another example, paddling can't be collected by frustration, but it is fast to drag it to the front. Grass takes stippling as its emotion and turns into shape. ? Second, knot words. For the sake of simplicity, the radicals of cursive scripts are often replaced by various symbols. One symbol can replace several radicals. For example, a vertical column on the left can replace three water divisions, one-sided, two-sided, and different? Words? Next to the word, then, then? Attention, live broadcast, let's go? The cursive writing of this kind of words is almost complete. Successful calligraphers and mature appreciators will understand which radical this solitary column replaces, so this technique is not? The above is just a simple example of left leaning. The top, bottom, left, right and middle of a word in cursive script are mostly composed of some radical symbols, and the cursive substitution symbols of the same radical in different positions in official script and regular script are not the same. Third, rules and regulations. In fact, the composition of calligraphy is mainly composed of brushwork, ink method and character method, especially cursive script, which needs to be commanded by qi to achieve the effect of strong rhythm and blood connection. This requires the whole cursive script to be connected from top to bottom, painful and relevant, incisive and interesting. How to achieve this state is really unspeakable. The skills in cursive script must be read, thought and written by calligraphers, and can only be achieved through appreciation, practice and accumulation of skills inside and outside the words.
Learning running script and cursive script can accumulate some basic skills for learning modern grass. If Huai Su grass beginners have little effect, it is necessary to learn other herbal methods and trace the meaning of seal script, so as to prepare for learning some basic skills of grass in the future.
