My first meticulous painting

When I carefully took the seal away from the painting, I couldn't help but cheered. The first meticulous painting in my life was finally completed. Looking at the painting on the desk in front of me, I can't get enough of the red and white petals, yellow stamens, green lotus stems, and vermilion seal, and my heart is full of pride and happiness.

I started learning Gongbi painting for the first time on September 10. The master told me that to draw Gongbi painting well, you must practice calligraphy well. Calligraphy is the foundation of Gongbi painting. From then on, I spent every night in front of the desk, first practicing copying Cao Quan's stele, and then starting to practice drawing lines with light ink. At the beginning, the calligraphy I wrote was crooked, and the lines drawn were uneven in thickness and not smooth. With the master's patient explanation and demonstration, I continued to improve bit by bit.

I remember that the first task my master assigned me was to write a calligraphy work. The master came to class the next Saturday morning to take a look. Since I didn’t have the confidence to write it well and found it very difficult, I kept putting off writing it. It wasn't until I had to write on Friday night that I prepared the pen, ink, paper and inkstone. Staring blankly at the snow-white paper in front of me, I didn’t even know how to write. I just thought about it and just wrote whatever I wanted! I calmed down and began to write carefully one stroke at a time. When all the words were written and I looked at the black and white words on the paper, I felt extremely excited.

I kept practicing and practicing in this way. The stack of practice papers I wrote on became higher and higher, and the same picture was drawn over and over again. Finally, the master is going to teach me how to add color to the painting. For the first time, I used cyan blue and ink to adjust the base color. After applying the base color several times, looking at the painted painting, I seemed to see a little ignorant baby finally being born.

After finishing the background color, I used rouge to color the petals. The rouge was mixed with water in a small white porcelain dish to create a gorgeous red color, which is beautiful but not ostentatious. I am used to seeing outline paintings with light ink on a white background. When such a beautiful color is applied to the petals, the petals also undergo magical changes. Looking at the lotus petals with a touch of light red, it seems that an ignorant baby has grown into a shy and graceful girl. I look at the painting in front of me with joy and think in my heart: "I have a daughter who has just grown up." "Feelings.

The blended rouge and peony red give the petals colors over and over again. Titanium white makes the petals delicate and cute, the stamens painted with garcinia are eye-catching and public, and the green lotus stems are delicate and fresh. Carefully select a suitable seal, carefully prepare the seal, and stamp it carefully. When the seal is taken away, a vermilion word "Juan" will be left on the painting. After everything was completed, looking at the painting in front of me, I almost couldn't believe it was painted by myself. At that moment, all that was left was a dizzy and full feeling of happiness like falling into the clouds. There is a voice in my heart that keeps repeating: "There is a girl in my family who has grown up, and she has become more and more beautiful!"
