Dear readers:
It has been 2 1 years since 1987 was founded. Writing magazine takes spreading calligraphy knowledge as its own responsibility, and carries out the purpose of "combining hard and soft, popularizing and improving", uniting countless calligraphy lovers. With the joint efforts of authors, editors and readers, the magazine has achieved certain social benefits. Here, all my colleagues in the editorial department sincerely thank you for witnessing the growth of the magazine with us and for your long-term enthusiasm.
For various reasons, this magazine will bid farewell to readers after the sixth issue in 2008 and become a large-scale comprehensive art publication, mainly introducing Chinese painting, oil painting, sculpture, calligraphy and so on. We welcome the old readers of Writing magazine to become new friends of this new publication (which will be named Art Fair).
