Brief introduction of Li Yingru

Li Yingru, a writer and calligrapher, was a consultant of the former Bayi Film Studio. 191311was born in Qingyuan County, Baoding City, Hebei Province. 1936 joined the revolution, 1937 joined the eighth route army. He used to be a reporter, editor and head of a certain department of the Eighth Route Army, and engaged in underground struggle for a long time. Many short stories were written during the war.
