In the twelfth year of Qianlong's reign (1747), Dingmao passed the provincial examination. In the seventeenth year of Qianlong's reign (1752), Renshen Enke won the first place in the Gongshi Hall Examination and was awarded the title of Compilation and Compilation. In the 19th year of Qianlong's reign (1754), he served as the president of Xian'an Palace and the official academy, and was appointed to Wuying Palace. In the 22nd year of Qianlong's reign (1757), he was taught by Shu Jishi, went on duty in the study room, and was appointed as the "teaching master". In the 23rd year of Qianlong's reign (1758), he ranked first and second in the college entrance examination, and was a bachelor's degree lecturer at the Hanlin Academy of Jin Dynasty. In the twenty-fourth year of Qianlong's reign (1759), he ranked first again in the Beijing official examination. In the twenty-eighth year of Qianlong's reign (1763), he submitted a letter to resign and asked for a long leave to return to his hometown to support his old father, but was not approved. Five years later, his father died of illness and returned to his hometown to mourn and no longer served as an official. Later, in February of the 42nd year of Qianlong (1777), he died of illness at his home in Jiangning.

Master Qin was an upright man, uncompromising and tolerant.
