What is the brief introduction of Tai Jingnong and its relationship with Shen Congwen and Fei Ming?

Tai Jingnong

( 1903~ 1990)

Modern novelist. The word Bojian is from Huoqiu, Anhui. In his early years, he was a member of the "unnamed society" and had contacts with Lu Xun. He has taught in Fu Jen Catholic University, cheeloo university, Shandong University, Xiamen University and Jiangjin Women's Teachers College in Sichuan. Now he is a professor at Taiwan Province Provincial University. Calligrapher and writer. His calligraphy involves a wide range of inscriptions on bronzes, stones, tablets and all kinds of ink, and he is good at seal script, official script, cursive script, line and letter. He is also good at seal cutting and painting. There are "Tai Jingnong Calligraphy Collection" and published novels, essays and other books.

I went to middle school in Hankou, studied Chinese Department in Peking University before graduation, and then transferred to the Chinese Department of the Institute of Arts and Sciences of our school to work and study. /kloc-in the summer of 0/925, Lu Xun initiated the establishment of the unnamed society, with Tai Jingnong as a member. His works are mainly short stories, and he also writes poems and essays. He has published semi-monthly books such as Mangyuan and Unnamed. Later collections are short story collections "Son of the Earth" and "Tower Builder", which were published by Weiming Society in 1928 and 1930 respectively, and they are both "unnamed new collections". In addition, there is a book about Lu Xun and his works, which includes the commentary of Scream and the article about Lu Xun's visit *** 14, which was published by Beijing Weiming Society in July, 1926, and is the earliest compilation of Lu Xun's research materials. Children of the Earth contains 14 novels, which shows that the author is good at drawing materials from the people and exposing the darkness of society through daily life and ordinary events. The writing is concise, simple and slightly rough. The pattern is not big, but the local color is strong. Lu Xun thought that "when we were arguing about the joys and sorrows of love and the brightness of the city, there was no way to put the life and death of the countryside and the smell of earth on paper, and we were more diligent in the author's works" (preface to the second novel of China New Literature Department). He is one of the representative writers of local literature in the 1920s. The Tower Builder contains 10 novels, which exposes the bloody rule of the new warlord and praises the revolutionaries who persisted in the struggle under the white terror. It is the product of the author's more radical thoughts. However, due to the lack of life accumulation, the characterization is not full enough. Tai Jingnong has taught in Fu Jen Catholic University, cheeloo university, Shandong University and Xiamen University. War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression began to go to Sichuan, where she served as the head of the Chinese Department at Baisha Women's Teachers College. After War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression's victory, he was invited by Xu Shoushang, then director of Taiwan Province Compilation Museum, to work in the museum. Then he transferred to the Chinese Department of Taiwan Province Provincial University, where he studied under Xu Shoushang. He is one of the editors of the Code of China University published by Taiwan Province Province.

While editing Ming Pao, Mr. Dong Qiao saw the article "Regret for the Past" written by Mr. Tai Jingnong. Dong Qiao likes the old style of writing that is clumsy, unpretentious and not too particular. To this end, he specially wrote to Tai Jingnong and asked him to reprint this article in Ming Pao. Because the article has been published in other newspapers and periodicals, Tai Jingnong wrote back that it was "unnecessary" for an article to be adopted by two publications.

Because I like Dong Qiao's writing so much, I love things and the people and books he recommended. To tell the truth, before reading this article by Dong Qiao, I paid little attention to Mr. Tai Jingnong and his articles. However, after reading this article, I quickly found a collection of essays I bought many years ago and read "Regret for the Past" carefully. When I watched it, I was also blaming myself. Why haven't I read such a good article carefully before? After that, I began to look for Mr. Taiwan Province's works everywhere, but found nothing, only a few selected works by Mr. Taiwan Province. Later, I learned that Mr. Chen Zishan compiled a Selected Works of Tai Jingnong, but I'm afraid it has already disappeared from the market. In desperation, I had to turn my attention to the second-hand book market, hoping to find what I left behind. For several months in a row, as long as there was a gap, I went to the bookstore and wandered around the second-hand bookstall, but I couldn't find it anywhere in the end. In the process of this search, I read Mr. Gu's article "White Hair Depression", which also mentioned the "Selected Essays of Tai Jingnong" published by this book 1990. Mr. Gu "It's impossible to buy this book in Wangfujing every so often. Helpless, I went to ask Brother S, who turned to Ding Jun for help, just for hope. When Ding Jun delivered the book, there was a saying:' This is the last book left.' However, can Mr. Zishan's wish to reprint and supplement be realized? "This article was written in May 1992, and may be reprinted later, but I have never been able to buy it. Looks like we'll have to wait for the third edition

By chance, I went to a friend's house in Hexi and passed an old book stall. At that time, I squatted aimlessly for a while, but I didn't find my favorite book. I was about to get up and leave when the word "Tai Jingnong" suddenly caught my eye. I didn't have time to look at it carefully, so I arrested it. A look is the Selected Essays of Tai Jingnong edited by Mr. Chen Zishan. I used to look at the publication date, which was 6544. This book is very thin, but I find it difficult. The cover is light green with quaint regular script shading of Mr. Tai Jingnong, which obviously matches the style of the article. That night, I was lying in bed reading quietly, and every article moved me. I especially like books such as The Beginnings of Confusion, Mourning for the Past, Reminiscence, and 23 Events of Scholars in Xishan. As Mr. Chen Zishan said in the postscript: "Among the old writers in Taiwan Province, no matter how nostalgic they are, or how they talk about art in their papers, they always speak their minds, and the knowledge and temperament between the lines complement each other." "Their thoughts are deep but not gloomy, and their feelings are extremely indifferent but not hurtful." In this case, "it can't be achieved without all kinds of tempering."

Reading through Tai Lao's prose, I fully understand that Tai Lao said in his letter to Dong Qiao that it is unnecessary to publish one article and two publications. This is an old style of writing and a reflection of his temperament.
